As a trained chef, I get the pre-programmed delays between tapas meals... But when you order three small tapas dishes that's meant for just some snacks in the evening and not a full meal I expect to get my three tapas dishes at the same time.

It took 15 minutes before we got our beverages and another 30 minutes before we got our first tapas dish. The dish consisted of 6 pieces of fried chicken breast and a mustard dip. That should not take 30 minutes. And after that it went like 10-15 minutes between each small tapas dish. All in all it took 1 hour to get a small meal basically.

when studying reviews of where to eat in Porto Cristo, Tr3nta-1 stood out from the rest, so me and the other half had to try it, we had langoustines, potatos bravas, crispy chicken with mustard, tuna tartare with avocado, the langoustines were just incredible, everything was just right, couldn't find fault with anything, the service was fast and polite, the location was great, considering we had so much to eat (seriously, 3 tapas might be enough for some couples, we had 4 and some bread), and we didn't leave a crumb, plus 2 beers, I was expecting a hefty bill 😕 it came to 42 euros 😮 100% best meal I've had anywhere in Spain. thank you guys...

We've spent a week in Mallorca, have visited many places, but this was the best good we tried. We had the Couscous, the Salmon skewers, pardon peppers and the crispy chicken with mustard sauce. AMAZING! We were recommended the Romantica White Wine, whick is a semi-dry wine, delicious. I would go back to Mallorca only to go to this restaurant again. ;)
