As a trained chef, I get the pre-programmed delays between tapas meals... But when you order three small tapas dishes that's meant for just some snacks in the evening and not a full meal I expect to get my three tapas dishes at the same time.
It took 15 minutes before we got our beverages and another 30 minutes before we got our first tapas dish. The dish consisted of 6 pieces of fried chicken breast and a mustard dip. That should not take 30 minutes. And after that it went like 10-15 minutes between each small tapas dish. All in all it took 1 hour to get a small meal basically.

We had the Couscous, the Salmon skewers, pardon peppers and the crispy chicken with mustard sauce. AMAZING! We were recommended the Romantica White Wine, whick is a semi-dry wine, delicious.
