Trattoria del Porto — Restaurant in Manacor

The worst restaurant ever, avoid at all cost, food was tasteless, the male waiter was very rude because our baby was crying and pushchair was next to the table although we asked for a table in the corner but he said that table was reserved. We ordered 3 pizzas and a Crab Risotto which had no crabs at all just empty shell !!! Garlic prawns tasted horrible too, the bill came to €82 euros !!!!! I suggest to the owner to sort out the rude waiter manners towards customers and fix their prices. Also my advice to the rude waiter is to learn what is customer service and learn how to smile to all clients… Rude rude rude, pictures of the waiter and the food we ordered. Police or government should shut this place as soon as possible because they don’t know how to respect their clients and not even apology for their bad manners. Very disappointed. We loved this place when we visited 3 years ago. We ate way too much food and drank too much wine and had an amazing time.

We dined last night and the food and service just wasn't quite as good.

We started with brussetta and mussels. The brussetta contained spring onions not red onion which was random.

The wrong mussels arrived we ordered the lemon mussels but received the chilli ones. This was quickly rectified.

My wife ordered the meat lasagna and I had the seafood pasta.

My wife received the vegetable lasagna but with a spoonful of bolognese put on the top (or it seemed that way at least).

My seafood pasta was very tasty but gritty with sand, sadly.

Service felt slightly rushed we wanted a long evening enjoying amazing food and wine alongside the sunset.

Overall felt a bit disappointed and didn't stay...

We were in Porto Cristo visiting the Caves of Drach and wandered down to the beach and harbor for dinner afterwards. This incredible spot is where we ended up based off of seeing the waiters walk food out to a table and all of our mouths started to salivate!

We had Angel as a waiter and he was hilarious, knew the menu inside and out, helped out the party with deciphering Spanish wines and steered us all into one of the best meals we had on our 10 day vacation to Barcelona and Majorca! We loved the experience so much that on our last night of the trip we decided to drive from Alcudia (Northern shore, on the east half) all the way back down to Porto Cristo (Western Shore on the southern half) approx 50 min drive just to go back for more!
