Boötes cafés to go! | Specialty coffee — Restaurant in Marbella

Having tried nearly every coffee shop in Marbella I’ve finally found ‘The One’ - good enough to prompt me to leave my first Google review ‘pour encourager les autres’. Finally a coffee shop that doesn’t use that same terrible treated milk that ruins any milky! There is no doubt that la barista and owner is truly a practitioner of the art of coffee! The love and attention she gives every coffee makes it look like she’s determined to make each one as good as the last, but not better - as I doubt it possible. My daily flat white is consistently perfect - and thanks to her great English - it’s dialled into the perfect temperature for me. And those Argentine pastries ….. a perfect accompaniment to a perfect coffee! And all at prices while high for Spain are well below Dublin, London, US prices. My roommate and I were here on Vacation, and we came here on one of our last days, and it was the best! We wish we found it sooner! It is the cutest little spot, and it was so nice to watch the barista craft our drinks! They’ve got so many choices, and we came twice and tried the blueberry earth day matcha, pink matcha, and lavender matcha! Where to begin about how much I LOVE Boötes?! I spent a month in Marbella and tried so many coffee shops until finding this little slice of heaven. Blanca is such a gem of a human - she became a fast friend and truly cares about the quality of service and ingredients she's providing for her customers. Their caramel macchiato is not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious. Highly, highly recommend visiting here and making it part of your daily routine if you live nearby.
