Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately ruined by the extremely intrusive behavior of one of the waiters. From the moment we sat down, he continuously interrupted our meal, engaging in constant conversation ,not just with us, but with other tables as well. At times, he would even lean on our table or place a chair next to guests and sit down to chat, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful meal or have a private conversation. Some guests, like us, simply want to eat in peace and talk amongst themselves, but this waiter clearly doesn’t understand or respect that. His behavior came across as not only annoying but also very two-faced. We noticed a stark difference in how he treated guests based on his assumptions about their financial status. With customers he seemed to think had money, he was overly polite and attentive almost to the point of insincerity. But when he sensed someone might not spend much, he was cold, dismissive, and barely acknowledged them. To make matters worse, we witnessed a disturbing incident involving a polite teenage boy who approached the restaurant, kindly offering handmade bracelets. Instead of responding with courtesy, the waiter rudely shoved him away and treated him very disrespectfully, even though the boy was well-mannered and not bothering anyone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that claims to offer good service. We will not be returning, and we would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and professional...
Read moreCozy, nice, and in the middle of a line of other restaurants on the touristy old town. I was able to make a reservation on their website directly and they responded with an email confirmation right away. Super convenient! We sat outside and the weather was perfect for it. Food was well prepared. We had the minestrone and octopus as appetizers. I had the mushroom risotto, which was good. My husband had the rib eye and that is served with roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables. He liked his steak and was impressed that it was not over cooked (most places over cook to his liking). We also enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. The staff and...
Read moreBeen coming to Marbella for 20+ years - Tempora was my favourite restaurant and meal by far this year.
Forget the “fancy/new/trendy” Marbella restaurants and come here for the outstanding food and service over a laidback experience right at the Casco histórico of Marbella (old town).
Lars was absolutely phenomenal, with his service, recommendations and conversation.
We had the tuna tataki, goat cheese salad, and lamb shank. Everything was incredible, paired with a nice Lorca Malbec.
Oh, and don’t forget to have the brownie (believe it’s called chocolate passion) to end one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
Thank you and see you...
