This Family run Business is a Marbella icon. I got my wife a Pearl for her 50 birthday and the whole experience was easy and pleasant from start to finish. Lots of choice and I never felt pressured or out of place in the shop . This year I returned with my wife as it’s our pearl anniversary and we wanted to see if we could get matching earrings. Miguel the son of the original founders of this family was so helpful and from start to finish the whole team were fantastic they went out of their way to make sure the earrings hung well and made several adjustments so they fit beautifully . Adjusting the backs and the fixings so my wife was happy and all included in the price . Took our Frederique Constant smart watch for new battery. They quoted €50 and came back 10 minutes later saying they didn’t have the battery (it’s super common) which was weird so we took it to another watch maker and he showed us they broke it! They didn’t say anything and it was the first time we’ve had the battery switched so we know it was them! Of it was broken by someone else which is probably what they will say then why didn’t they say that and show us… the other watchmaker only charged €10!!
