Letter Edit, given the onwer response. Why was I sure that there will be a harsh response, apparently asking me to return to the circus, oh, well, here we go:

Is not "so called" delayed, I modified for 20 minutes. my bad. All the people that we requested the check, said it will be coming in one minute and then they were just standing there in the door:))))) I just love how the owner just tried to discard my review by finding any small typo, instead of getting it as a constructive feedback and try to improve the service in any way. Wow, Marbella is not for everyone... thanks, I have been living here for two years, and I assure you, I have been to all kinds of places, the issue is not how much you pay, IS THE QAULITY you get for the money you pay, for real, frozen potatos for 25 euros? And the place we saw the prices is the official website, you know, the place people use to see if they like what's on the menu or not...the reason we didn't get up was that we were thinking the food is worth the money. I assure you, this is not why I left the two stars review, this is just an indication for future customers that read the review to know what to expect. Yes, my husband ate everything, because he was HUNGRY. This is why people go to restaurants, because they are hungry.

I will give it two stars for the pizza, it might have been three, but after we waited 20 minutes for the check, given the fact that we finished eating in 30 minutes, I downgraded a bit. Pizza Diavola is decent (tho it would be worth it to pay someone to update you the prices on the website, since they are 30% cheaper than what is on site). The first part of the evening started promising, we were seated at the table that we reserved and the guy that attended us for the drinks was super nice, but then, the waiter that came to us to take the order for the food looked disappointed to be there and did not give any interest. Maybe she just had a bad day, I just stated the facts. The food came and the rest of the personnel was nice, but...my husband ordered the burger and to our surprise it was just the meat and the burata, maybe my conception for a burger is biased but we expected something else, and the potatoes were frozen....all this for the promotional price of 25 euros, a bit to expensive, for the quality. The food came really fast, but then, at 8:31 we asked for the check, which came at 8:51...and we asked four different people for it, so yea... I just felt the need to give so much detail since I saw the previous harsh comments that the owner left to other people, which at first I thought they were just rude tourists or something, but no,...

This was a real shock to us... We told ourselves we would never eat italian in Spain but we kept seeing the pizzas this guy was making, so we decided to eat there our last night in Marbella. The pizza was amazing and the sever was wonderful until we hear very loud screams coming from the restaurant. After a minute or two, the screaming was so loud that I could clearly hear the owner berrating our poor server. At first I thought the reprimand was for bringing out a glass of red instead of white wine to a customer, but the owner replied and explained that the wine was not the issue, but that his actions were due to other circumstances - so I stand corrected on this - but we are still in disbelief that an owner would yell so loudly with customers right outside for any reason and in the middle of the dinner service. The girl was in tears and we all felt terrible for her. Good pizza but poor treatment of staff and lack of awareness on the impact on our experience result...

I want to express my immense gratitude to the staff and the owner of Luigi restaurant for the fantastic service and incredibly cozy atmosphere! This charming little restaurant, located in the heart of Old Town in Marbella, has truly become a gem for me. Not only is the food exceptional, but the ambiance is warm, inviting, and filled with genuine hospitality. I having tasted a variety of menu items, I can confidently say that the quality of the food here is top-notch. A special highlight is the interaction with the owner, Luigi, who warmly chats with guests in Italian, creating an authentic little Italy in the heart of Marbella’s old town. This is a place you’ll want to return to again and again! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the true Italian atmosphere, enjoy exquisite cuisine, and feel like a cherished guest. Luigi, you are amazing! I will definitely be coming back many, many...

They asked us if we wanted to start with focaccia and we said yes, but it never came. One in our company ordered a Mediterranean salad, the olives were canned, sliced, and of the cheapest kind you can find in any supermarket. There was no dressing at all. We were a company of 5, so we had 3 small tables so we could all sit comfortably. As soon as I had eaten up my main course he came and started taking my table, he only asked if it was fine after he had started taking it. So I felt obliged to say yes, since he seemed bad at receiving complaints. (Read answers to reviews for reference). After all of that he tried to sell us dessert as well! But I didn’t even have a table left. And the prices on the website did not correspond with the menu when we actually came to the restaurant. Such a shame it was a lively location. The whole party felt the food was mediocre. Out of 5 people, 1 person was satisfied with the food.
