Got to the place and saw a few tables open , so natural instinct was to go and sit at an empty table, on the way there one of the waitress tells us no and to wait a min . While waiting I counted 5 open tables . Waited a good 10 mins with the waitress going up and down casually ignoring us , so I decided to ask a different waitress if we can sit and she says “if the table Is empty you can go “ in a very nonchalant way ….. okay I guess . Sat down and waited 15 mins for our order to be taken . Decided to call the one Waitress to take our order and she replies in a very aggressive way “ I have one more table before you “ again in shock and startled at how rude they were …. Eventually after a while she comes to take the order . “Yea what can I get you “ So I reply “ a yogobowl ( or whatever it was called ) and an iced Americano… “ she cuts me off and says food only 💀💀 moves to my friend and says “for you ?”

My friend replies and asks , “so he cannot have a drink ?” She replies and says “ food first then drinks order “

Again both of us in shock . Eventually ordered and waited . Drinks came within 15 mins . My yogurt bowl tho took more than 40 mins … like seriously it’s just a yogurt bowl with fruits … you’re not grilling the yogurt bruv come on .

Eventually once done eating asked for the billed … took 10 mins and still nothing . Eventually decided to get up myself and go pay for it at the counter .

Terrible staff. I explained that I need oatmilk (one of the options for milks that is placed in big letters on the wall), because I am allergic to regular milk. I even said it in Spanish to make sure there is no misunderstanding. After taking a few sips, I thought it was strange, so I went to the counter to ask again about the milk. Staff didn't pay attention to me at all, so I had to insist on getting their attention. The woman I ordered the coffee with and who served it, made a face and said "Ah. Ja, oatmilk. I did cow milk." She then did not apologize at all, just said - "I can make another one?" Mistakes happen, but I had never had such a blaze attitude anywhere - I mean, people have allergies and can really feel ill.
