Where to begin??

1. they didnt want to put us on the ‘frontline’ as we had a baby and told us the table was ‘reserved’ even though it had no reserved sign on it!
2. tried putting us at the side in the sun after telling them we wanted shade! with then unhappy faces we were directed inside.
3. trying to keep a baby of 17 months entertained is difficult in a restaurant so she was reading the menu, playing with a plastic flower from the table on the vase which was probably a euro from the Chinese bazaar and then she was hitting a spoon off the table. The extremely rude waiter took the menu off her while we were still deciding what to have, given it was laminated she couldnt have done much harm! Secondly when the other waiter came with the drinks i think he my have been given instructions to take away the flower which he did! Then the other one came back to tell me the table was not plastic and my baby could damage the table. Given that the place was empty i let her hit the spoon a few times to get it out of her system but there was no way she would have broken the table!!
4. Although we did enjoy the food they charge you for putting bread on your table and the iva/tax isnt added until the end. Given that Italian restaurants arent that hard to come by i would suggest they do everything they can to first make their customers and their children feel welcome and secondly do everything they can to make them want to go back. I left that angry wishing I had gotten up and walked away before ordering so now i’m writing my first negative...

First thing to say is rude. We ordered 3 pizzas, one margarita with olives and mushroom, one ham pizza and one ham pizza with mushrooms. We get served and they bring us a ham pizza with mushrooms and olives which we did not order, my friend does not eat ham because she is vegetarian. I send the pizza back and we are spoken to like children, the waiter was so rude despite the fact it was his mistake. He takes the pizza back and takes back my pizza which was correct, the ham and mushroom one, which he said he will take back and remake so i can eat with my friends. We get served our pizza for a second time, a ham pizza and margarita with olives and mushroom, which was correct. However the pizza i get given which I was told would be “remade” was not the pizza i originally had and instead a margarita. I complained as they had got our order wrong for a second time, the manager comes out and speaks to me with disgusting attitude, telling us it is our fault that our orders were wrong because they don’t normally change dishes and add extras, however the waiter had claimed it was fine for us to do so, we said this and the manager says well we don’t. After that the manager begins to shout at the waiter infront of the entire restaurant in a very unprofessional manner. I am not surprised they were quiet and had no bookings. Will only give this place 1 star for a very good steak 🥩, BUT everything else was bad, 1 small potato was cut in 5 small pieces, a little half cherry tomato and lots of carrot strips soaking in oil. 2 plates with steaks, 2 corona beer and then they put a basket with 2 very hard and dry breads with butter and if you choose to send it back you still have to pay for the breads, total cost 63 euro. That was the food. And then comes the staff, what a arrogant and bossy waiter, talks back to you like you an idiot that dont know anything about food, we have just sat us down with no menu card and he already ask what we want, lets see the menucard first please, and then they was hovering around us all the time really annoying.
