Beautiful restaurant. Had been on my list for a while… but service and food were extremely dissappointing. Im writing this review only for constructive criticism only, i usually never write reviews but this beyond my control. We had lunch around 3 pm if i recall, the place was super empty, like 3 tables. We were seated by a lovely lady and then we had to wait such a long time just to get the menu. I asked the first time he still didnt get it and i stood up for the second time to get them myself. The waiter was friendly, he took our orders. They brought a child seat for my child but it was so dirty and needed to be cleaned. Usually for a restaurant of this caliber they should take the seat with them and clean it in the back and then bring it back. This did not happen the lady just came and cleaned it next to us 👎🏻. We received our cocktails moments later but unfortunately the cocktail glasses were broken, since its not glass and they are trendy earthware cups i understand that they break easily but its extremely embarrassing to serve your clients like this and dangerous! I kept my calm and tried to see past this. But funny enough that when we received our pasta and pizza both plates were also broken 😡 and the pasta plate was broken from every angle ! If you are not capable of replacing your plates ( i understand that they are expensive custom made that match the decor) you should considering serving your food in porcelaine plates that are more durable ! I am a restaurant owner myself, and its impossible for you guys not to have realized the broken plates that u have. Even the oil bottles were broken on the table. I felt embarrassed in your position. Pizza was far from being napolitana and fish pasta had this weird after taste which was not good !
My parents had come also before, they did not like the food and advised me not to go, but i always believe in 2nd chances and room for improvement. Sometimes you just have a bad kitchen day. I will definitely come back i heard the tiramisu is amazing !
I hope the owner of this restaurant can get in touch with me. ( just type my name in instagram and ull find my profile)
Btw this happened in early september, the only reason why im writing this review because i still see you guys post stories of your food shameless with the broken plates and it made ma remember the bad experience we had .
Have a nice day

The dishware is not broken throughout the process of transporting them from italy to spain. It is through the process of how your staff deals with them, especially the in and out cycle when cleaning the plates and stacking them to get used again/ when the waiters are cleaning the dishes from...
Read moreFlorentine in Forum: A Taste of London's Finest Arrives in Marbella Nestled in the heart of Marbella's Golden Mile, directly opposite the iconic Puente Romano and Marbella Club, is a new culinary star that's already shining brightly: Florentine in Forum. This beautifully designed, two-floor restaurant with a stunning roof terrace has been making its mark since its opening in January 2025. It's an atmosphere of sophisticated cool, with a DJ curating the perfect house music soundtrack to a truly memorable meal. The evening began with a selection of expertly crafted cocktails. The Paloma was a revelation, featuring Patron Silver, lime, and a surprising kick from Sichuan pepper. The Margarita Patront, a sublime mix of Reposado, Cointreau, and St. Germain, set a high bar for the evening's libations. Leading the kitchen is Master Chef Roberto, a culinary veteran with over 20 years of experience from London's top restaurants. Originally from Italy, his mastery of flavors is evident in every dish. The service, led by the warm and attentive Nico, was exceptional and further elevated the dining experience. For our main courses, we were treated to a feast. The 1kg Josper grilled dry-aged Galician tomahawk steak was a showstopper, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The beef fillet was equally impressive—a tender piece of grilled Galician beef accompanied by seasonal vegetables and a rich red wine jus. The Josper grilled lamb chops, served with peas and a vibrant mojo verde, were a true delight. The pasta dishes showcased Roberto's Italian roots. Both the truffle pasta and the lobster pasta (spaghetti with tender lobster meat in a rich bisque sauce with cherry tomatoes) were perfectly executed. As a personal test, I always order a simple spaghetti pomodoro to judge a chef's foundation, and Roberto's did not disappoint. The pasta was perfectly al dente and impeccably balanced. While the basil topping was a minor, forgivable oversight from the otherwise fantastic Nico, it was a testament to the fact that Chef Roberto's technique is flawless. We paired our meal with a beautiful 2023 Tobia Tempranillo Bodega from Rioja, a wine that complemented the robust flavors of the meat and pasta flawlessly. Florentine in Forum is a game-changer for Marbella's dining scene. This restaurant has all the ingredients for long-term success, and it's only a matter of time before word gets out and tables become a hot commodity. My advice? Book now and experience Chef Roberto's bravissimo creations before the inevitable waiting...
Read moreI get suspicious when a new restaurant has more than 40 reviews within the first week or so. Especially when it turns out that most of those reviews are from people, who have done only this one review 🙄
All straight 5 stars and rarely any further comments 🤨 Right.
Never mind. The presentation of the restaurant itself is stylish and in line with the concept. Lounge /House music playing during lunch at exact the right volume for my taste.
Speaking of taste, I ordered prosciutto €18 and melon for starter and grabbed into it without noticing that it was full of CHILLI 🌶️
As I understand the Italian Kitchen, chilli is not a 'thing', so I was not prepared for this. My lips grew numb for approximately an hour and I managed to sweat like a racehorse 🏇🏼
Total disaster. Thankfully I was by myself.
Next up €36 Tenderloin 🥩. Meat unfortunately dry and offering little taste. Because of the chilli shock? 🤔. Or maybe they don't cook with butter. What do I know 🤷🏻♂️. It is served with truffle which is a nice plus, but still I would concentrate on making the steak right, before putting something fancy on top of it. The meat itself is of excellent quality. The steak is served with a strange 'sauce' that unfortunately did not make up for the dryness. Steak Chef probably had an 'off' day.
Now Pasta: €32 Holy Carbonara! My goodness. I will never eat anything else in my life. Enough said. Propelled the overall 'food' experience from 1 star to 3 💫
Prosciutto: 0 Steak: 2 Pasta: 5 Desserts: 4
Wine list is out of the Cipriani concept: 'take one bottle and pay for 5-10 bottles'. But without the impeccable service and white tablecloth experience, it comes across as a rather bad deal.
That being said, if you are a High Roller you would love the Sassicaia at BARGAIN €500.
I went for their €40 Vermentino, but that's me.
This is not fine dining, as their price point suggests. This is Brasserie style food.
Conclusion: Go for the Pasta, the ambiance, the top notch service, valet parking included and high Babe Rating. If you are lucky, your server will be 'that Roman Guy' 🇮🇹
Can't wait to try...
