ONE MARBELLAONE MARBELLA
A Pleasant Evening of Traditional Chinese Cuisine in a Lovely Setting Although we had the location marked on Google Maps, we found the restaurant a little tricky to locate upon arrival. Access required passing through a security gate and descending quite a few stairs, which proved challenging for my wife due to her hip condition. I do hope there is an alternative entrance available, and that perhaps we simply missed a more accessible route. Once we arrived, however, we were greeted by a beautiful setting next to one of the pools within Puente Romano. Guests have the option to dine either on the terrace or inside. As it had been a particularly hot day with temperatures in the low 30s, we chose to sit indoors and enjoy the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely polite and attentive, quickly guiding us to our table and presenting us with both the food and cocktail menus. We started our evening with a couple of cocktails—an espresso martini and a mojito—both of which were expertly crafted and set a lovely tone for the evening. For starters, we selected the soft-shell salt and pepper crab, dim sum, and duck spring rolls, all of which were very enjoyable. Our main courses included steamed sea bass with ginger and pak choi, chicken curry with rice, and sizzling lamb. Each dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and served at just the right temperature. I have read a few comments suggesting the food here is outdated or lacks creativity. I believe it's important to clarify that this is not a fusion or modern interpretation of Chinese cuisine. Instead, the menu focuses on traditional Chinese dishes, which we personally found comforting and authentic. If that’s your preference, you’re likely to find it very satisfying. In conclusion, if you enjoy well-cooked traditional Chinese food served in an elegant setting with friendly, efficient service, this restaurant could be an excellent choice. It’s worth noting that we dined at the very start of the evening service, so I can’t speak to how the experience might differ during peak times. However, based on our visit, we had a very pleasant evening.

Precio calidad equilbrado. Los coctails estan de muerte.

I recently dined at Tai Pan, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town! The food is simply outstanding, with every dish bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The taste is consistently delicious, offering a genuine Chinese dining experience at reasonable prices.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. Their sweet nature adds a welcoming touch, and it’s evident that they truly care about providing excellent service. The owner is often present, graciously overlooking the operations and warmly hosting guests, which adds a personal touch to the dining experience.

A special thank you to Shela, who managed my reservations seamlessly and ensured that everything was perfect for my visits. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made me return multiple times, knowing I’m in good hands.

If you're looking for a fantastic Chinese restaurant with great food, warm hospitality, and reasonable prices, Tai Pan is a must-visit. Highly...

Bland food! Very small porches! Nothing to do with any Tai food/Chinese cuisine!! Doesn't taste or smell like Yai food!! A huge dissepooinment!!!! We was at the other Tai resturant also in Puerto Romano, and I realized that both belong to the same owner!! Both are a big dissepooinment!!! Poor soups with no taste..dry noodles...!! The dish of the duck are soo small...and dry!! 12.5 € for dry snack...that they covered at the final bill... The place is very nice, the service was excellent!!!! But we came for the food...and it's not new...as they called it..it's just bad food with that doesn't worth...
