Club is a bit outdated. Now only for annual membership, unless you own an apartment in the Marina, then it is included in the community fee.

Unfortunately the staff at the reception are not helpful at all. One need to talk to a certain person who is in charge. I was there twice and that person was not yet there. At least today I was informed when they arrive.
