During my shopping experience I had a very friendly team. However, when I came back to complain about the low quality of the purchased bag, I was promised by Javier & Vanessa that they will send the pictures of the bag to Paris to consult about this quality issue (even though a colleague from the store confirmed already that this is a quality issue, however, they did not had the same bag in stock). I requested a similar bag with no quality issues or to purchase another similar model. The team insisted to contact Paris. When I left the boutique, I had to go back and ask Vanessa to take my contact, otherwise how would she contact me to inform me about the feedback from Paris. It is a tradition for me to visit a Chanel boutique for a birthday treat, but this experience was by far the best and most special. Maribel was patient, not pushy and really wanted me to get something that I loved, (which was everything) but also something that I could really use. I thought I would come away with a small bag, but once I fell in love with a color that she presented she paired it with her knowledge of my love for classic maxi bags she had a big treat for me. She even recommended a place for us to have lunch and champagne so I could think before making a decision. I really appreciate her warm, fun, genuine approach. Read moremy late mother and grandmother mother were both clients of chanel. after a recent experience at this boutique in the marbella club I would personally never shop or recommend this particular boutique to anybody and will inform all of my friends of the terrible customer service, arrogant and total lack of care and respect shown to myself as a client. I suppose that for a seasonal boutique they rarely survived on transient clients that are holidaying from farrent lands and have more money than common sense. this entire store has put the house of chanel into Shame as far as I am concerned and If the sales director and score manager worked in my company they will both will be dismissed without references after spending over 9k € i would prefer to give this amount of money to charity. sadly I couldn't put more stars... they are not...
