Heladería Cafetería La Jijonenca Marbella — Restaurant in Marbella

This isn't a review of what I would say is the original Jijonenca but possibly the new place? We were about to get a taxi and decided on an icecream and popped into jijoneca only for the waitress serving to shake her head and shake her hand in response to us just walking in then she sat with her head in her phone until we left. Which we did as we obviously annoyed her with our presence. We just went down the street to the other jijonenca and the staff were lovely and the ice cream was lovely. The guy there said she wasn't rude she was just under pressure but had she of politely said this to us we would've been happy to go to the next place but she was so rude never had customer service like this the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the guys in the original...

Incompetent staff. The staff is maximally overwhelmed with 4 Crêpes. Give a raw dough. Strawberry taste spoiled. The order of others was often placed first, although you yourself waited a long time and came later. If this appeals to the staff, they roll their eyes and do not want their time to be wasted. 1- en la pizzarra tenían 1 kg de helado por 12,50€ Y medio kg de helado por 22€ ( a partir de aquí un descontrol respecto a los precios). 2- me quise dar un capricho de 3 bolas de helados ( 8,50€)… cuando veo la tercera bola pensé que me estaban haciendo una broma ( la tercer bola es diminuta), como si tercera pides 2 bolas y te saldría 3€ menos. Le indico a la chica que me hubiese dicho que la tercera bola era eso y me ahorraba 3€ y me dijo que en el dibujo de la pizzarra están los tamaños. Asique me arrepentí de no llevarme el kg de helado a 12,50€ ya que parece que llevan al pie de la letra lo de la “ pizzarra escrita y dibujada a mano”. Es de vergüenza, las caras de las empleadas al comentarles estas cosas, mirándose la una como si lo que estuviera diciendo sería una locura. No suelo quejarme en los sitios ni mucho menos pero lo de esta heladería de helados de bolas es de vergüenza. Tenéis clientes por castigo ( ubicación). Si vivieran del local os daría 1...
