Los Mellizos Marbella — Restaurant in Marbella

I know nice fish restaurants in Marbella but this time I decided to follow google reviews and noticed Los Mellizos has good reviews and for the first time I learned one should not always believe in reviews! Staff were very confused and unprofessional, they didn’t even know what was scallops in Spanish ! Despite I showed him in their menus how scallops looks like and the manager ( they called him Camie !) asked what I want and I showed him which fish and he came to me and warned me “ the fish was big and tried to tell me that would be around 2.5kg ! I was surprised about his comments that they charge 50 euros per kilo ! I asked him to have it grilled ( the fish in photo ). He brought the grilled fish seconds after our starter which was scallops and I felt that was far too quick ! They had no salt or peppers on table no glasses for water , white wine was great local wine chosen by me , salads around the fish was old and dark brown , manager came and asked me how everything is and I told him our fished was undercooked and raw as well cold . He said just sorry and walked away !! In UK they will remove that from the bill as I demonstrate to him that the fish was red and not cooked . He said he will offer me free liquor at the end ( which is normal and free as well very common in every Spanish restaurants!) . He charged me in full and I paid for the fish ( excluded other food or drink ) 118 euros 😳🤦🏻‍♂️ Plus wine and starters as well water . That fish was undercooked and I’m still shock why he could not at least reduce the price and I paid close to £170 euros for a bad service , undercooked fish and untrained staff . Having dinner with my 3 friends here, we ordered stil water for 4 people but i thought as usual in the restaurant you always put 1 big bottle of water , instead we got 4, i said let’s just do 2 bottle’s. Then later we ordered our food but it seems like there is some misunderstanding, the guy who took our order can speak English but the rest not, we use body language to understand each other. Our ordered came, i ordered baby octopus, instead i got big octopus, i told her this is not my order, she brought the plate back and didn’t say anything, my friend ordered grilled gambas, instead she got boiled gamba’s. Nobody care or apology or just even say something. We saw all the waiter and waitress seems not happy, no smile in their faces, i mean, this is a fancy restaurant, at least u could be friendly at once. Food, to be honest it’s okay, the baby squid and gambas ali oli was really good, but our mood it’s really ruined by the way how we being served. It’s not over yet, when we paid, they still charging us with 4 bottles still water, it can happen, I understand that, but seems the lack of english , they can’t really explain what it is to us, and just took the bill and give us the change 2.75 euro ( all in little coins 10 cent) instead of 5.50 euro , it’s not about the money but wow, the guy just put the change on the table without saying anything.
