DO NOT EAT HERE RACIST AND THE WORST FOOD — Truly the Worst Dining Experience of Our Lives We have never experienced anything like this. Just placing our order took 45 minutes, and then we waited another 50 minutes for the food. By that point, it was already late and we had been waiting far too long, so we decided to leave.

That’s when things became shocking. The owner began yelling and cursing at us. Soon, other locals joined in, shouting as well. We were stunned. We still paid for our food, but the shouting didn’t stop—they even threatened to call the police.

We don’t speak Spanish fluently, but we understood enough to recognize racist comments being directed at us. We are non-white, and it was painfully clear that they assumed we wouldn’t understand.

I have never left a bad review for a restaurant before—But in this case, people deserve to know the truth: these individuals were both unprofessional and discriminatory.

Everything about this place is absolutely fantastic. The man who I assume is the manager was very friendly and offered us a free glass of sangria with our meal. He treated us like old friends when he saw us each time after our first night. We then ordered a jug of sangria between the two of us and a seafood paella. The lovely waitress caught on every time my partner went to pour us each a glass of sangria and swiftly took over and poured it for us and the waiter brought us our paella to show us so we could take a picture before he plated it up. He then brought the empty dish over to show us that we had all of it which was great! The total came to €50! We were then comparing every other place we ate at to this one and not only had we spent more everywhere else, but we also were not as impressed with the food or the service as we were here. Mixed paella was delicious & atmosphere was lovely by the water. However, many vendors are allowed to come up to your table & interrupt your meal/conversation several times.

We wanted to split the mixed paella for 2 between 3 people since we were not hungry and it was only a quick lunch. Staff up-charges for a third person without explaining their menu/policy so please be aware. When it came time to pay they were rude to my mom and said “just pay and leave “ , as we did.

They blamed their customers (us) for the miscommunication and never offered to meet in the middle. I encouraged them to inform their customers of the 3rd person up-charge when they are ordering so it doesn’t happen again as a surprise on the bill.
