Paisana has the view, but not much else. We came for brunch, hoping for a good start to the day. The setting is undeniably pretty, but once the food and coffee arrived, things went downhill fast.

The cold brew wasn’t a cold brew. It was weak, watery, and almost flavorless. It came in a small glass with one oversized ice cube that melted instantly, so you’re left with a couple of sips of diluted disappointment. The latte was even worse. Overloaded with sugary syrup that overwhelmed any actual coffee flavor. It was hard to drink.

The food didn’t do much to recover the experience. The harissa toast, which is supposedly their best seller, felt like it was made without care. The harissa had no depth, and the hummus was bland, dry, and unremarkable. We also tried the Paisana waffle with smoked salmon instead of bacon. The waffle came out soggy, which made the whole thing fall apart both literally and flavor-wise. The only thing that was passable was the salmon bagel, and even that was just fine, nothing memorable.

This feels like one of those places that went viral because a few influencers posted nice photos, and then the crowds followed. But the kitchen hasn’t kept up.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but in this case, I hope it helps. It’s high season, and Marbella has too many genuinely good brunch spots for people to waste a morning on a bad one. Paisana has potential, but right now it’s all style, no substance. Life’s too short for bad coffee and...

This is absolutely one of my favorite places during the day! The view over the mountains is just stunning! The food is very delicious and vegan inspired, but they do have meats and other things. It’s very warm to sit here in the sun, but that’s why I like it so much. There’s not a lot of seating, so make sure to check first. Usually the waiters and waitresses are super nice and they often recognize me. But today they didn’t recognize me, and I still got exactly what I ordered and they were very sweet to help me with my allergies. The waffle I really recommend!

There’s free parking if you get a parking permit from them when you’re finished eating.

The lemonade could be better without sparkling water in it.

My friend said they have some of the worst coffee but as I don’t drink coffee that much it didn’t bother me.

They have sweet potato a side order and it’s really delicious.

I’ve eaten here maybe 10 times soon and I...

I love LOVE Paisana! One of my favorite places in marbella. It’s small and cozy, nice setting.Amazing view! Lovely staff, very easy to order and substitute food in your order. There’s an option to make your own (salads, eggs..).The menu is full of different options. They change the menu I think everyday but every time we go, the lunch menu is different which is nice. The food is delicious, great quality. I honestly wouldn’t mind eating there everyday. My favorite is the avocado harissa poached eggs. This time I tried the chicken tacos they were very tasty. The parking is close and they have free parking just ask for the ticket. The only thing is that it could be really hot especially in the summer (indoor or outdoor). Even when it’s windy, somehow it doesn’t reach the place 😅 but still well...

Who would have thought that just a few hundred metres from Marbella’s Golden Mile, an organic orchard called Quinta Paisana would be growing the produce for Paisana? This evening, the table came to the farm! Surrounded by cherry tomatoes, curly kale, and everything in season, a long table set with artisan ceramics welcomed us for Moraga in the Garden—inspired by the Andalusian tradition of gathering to grill sardines and share food, usually on the beach. A real special event in an area like Marbella, it felt honest and real. Hoping they organise it again sometime!
