Mister Noodles Puerto Banús — Restaurant in Marbella

I assume the food is good as most of the reviews say so but their website for ordering take-out or delivery is an absolute disaster.

You have to register with your email address just to see the menu. After ordering the site told me that they could not guarantee that my order had been received and that if no one called within 10 minutes to confirm that I should call them, but nowhere on the site do they list their number. So you are left guessing if they are even going to prepare your food.

There is also no payment functionality on the website and though the homepage says that they deliver, when you order you are told what your pickup site is; there is no option for delivery.

After 10 minutes no one had called so I ordered from another place and another 10 minutes after THAT they finally called me and I told them to cancel the order.

I could have Googled the phone number and called to confirm that they had received my order but I refuse, the single most important function of any website is to provide contact information.

I can't understand how a business that has multiple locations can use such an incredibly dysfunctional platform. It is less than worthless, it is an absolute deterrent to ordering. My grandmother could design a better site. And she died in 1974.

Maybe someday I'll walk in and actually try the food. ...

VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I made a delivery and they told me to wait for 40 minutes. I have been waiting for 1.5hour and then called them to ask where is my order. First of all, they can not speak in english in a proper way, there were some misunderstandings because of it. Moreover, when I called them to ask where is my order they told me that delivery man just came to our house and ring the door but nobody open so he just left. He didn’t even call me. They should have call me and ask if i was in the house (i was btw, and nobody ring the door), after this they asked me if I want to make an order again and the told me to wait for 50 more minutes. I was so hungry that I agreed, but then they told me that minimum delivery fee is 15€, but like literally yesterday i made on order for 12€ and it came, no one ever told me a thing about the minimum fee, they are not flexible at all. They made a mistake that they just left me without any food, so I though maybe they can make a discount for the next order to apologise, but they just even made an upper price than it was before. That’s insane. You guys left me speechless. Thank you very...

Ok food, depends on what day you order. But this day the service was the absolute worst. First of all we sat down and was told in a pretty nasty way if we want to take away the waiter wouldnt help as we need to order at the desk. We said we would wait outside and order a beer, but no help at table. We ordered from the desk and said told him we wait outside with our beers. Time passed and it took a long time, so we asked the waiter where our food was.. he said nasty you have to ask inside, so I went to the desk inside to ask and the food was clearly ready just left on the side. The guy in at the desk response was "I shouted your name but you didnt come".. A bit hard to hear when you sit outside to hear someone shouting inside.. Maybe do your job and walk outside to give us the food as we already told you we wait outside.....
