WORST EXPIERENCE!
We had an extremely disappointing experience at this quad rental establishment. Our 8-year-old son wanted to ride a quad, so we decided to rent one for half an hour at a cost of 20 euros. Although we found it somewhat expensive, we agreed to let him try it.
However, when we informed one of the workers, he took the quad outside without providing any instructions on how to operate it. Additionally, I had to prompt the worker to provide a helmet for my son, to which he casually replied that my son could use one if he wanted. This lackadaisical attitude towards safety was alarming, as it's essential for a child to wear a helmet when riding a quad.
My husband and I sat on the provided plastic chairs, which were deteriorated from sun damage, to watch our son. Unfortunately, due to the lack of guidance, our son lost control of the quad and collided with one of the chairs, breaking it and injuring himself in the process. He cut the back of his legs, yet no staff member came to check on him. Instead, the worker demanded that we pay an additional 20 euros for the broken chair. When we refused and asked to speak with the manager, a woman appeared, did not introduce herself, and showed no concern for our son's injury. She took the quad keys and attempted to remove my son's helmet, which my husband stopped.
Her response to the situation was shocking and unprofessional. She simply told us not to return to their establishment. Our son was in tears, not only from his injury but also from the distressing interaction. It is unacceptable to demand extra payment for a chair already in poor condition and to show no care for a child's wellbeing.
We will certainly not be returning, and we strongly advise others to avoid this place. The lack of safety measures, poor customer service, and overall disregard for our son's wellbeing were appalling.

Read moreDear Juan,
I hope you're doing well. Before I begin, I want to acknowledge that in my last review, I held back on some details, and I apologize for that. However, that doesn’t excuse the way you treated me and my friends during our visit.
You tormented us, treated us unfairly, and made racist remarks simply because we are Arabs. On top of that, you attempted to upsell us, assuming we were wealthy. While I tried to show respect—going as far as attempting to help by modifying the private lounge—I also recognize that some incidents took place.
At one point, I spat in the sink, and you insisted that I clean it, which I did. Later, I accidentally knocked over the mop bucket, which caused some damage to the store. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, you insulted me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand. However, I have studied Spanish locally multiple times and understood every word.
What followed crossed the line—you threw water at me, and when I dodged it, you threw the bucket and mop at me with dangerous force. Fortunately, I managed to avoid them, but that kind of reaction was completely uncalled for.
After reflecting on this situation for a long time, I can see that we were both in the wrong in different ways. I hope you can also take a step back and understand my...
Read moreThe idea is great. They focus on virtual reality games and devices but do offer some other activities like little trampolines, a little playground, pool table, air hockey and some arcade.
The idea reminds me of the USA a lot. An open space with activities and surrounded by food and other activities so you don’t leave the space for anything. I just wish the space was a little larger and they offered a larger variety of arcade.
I understand the space is in the heart of Puerto Banus but their prices for VR seem super high. 10 euros for 10 minutes seem excessive and definitely something that won’t keep clients returning for this specific activity. Prices on their arcade and other games was good.
Most of the staff was helpful, nice and energetic except for one of them that seemed to be upset all the time. No one smile.
Our kids had a good time and they will want to...
