Terrible service, rude staff with no basic etiquette. I witnessed how an Arab couple with two trolley full of their purchase be told by a member of staff at the till they could not have any more bubble wrap ??? Who is this salesperson?? and how dare she speak to this couple in that manner ? Ufffff . It was extremely rude considering the couple did not understand Spanish and were left perplexed at this sub standard of service. Please have your managers and staff available at all times. Your prices are more expensive than any one else’s . Your service should be second to none and it’s not. I would suggest you contact the experts @johnlewis so they can advise you on how to run your business as smooth as possible. You need to be reminded that el Corte Inglés Marbella would not be there if it were not for all the foreign tourists spending their money there ( Russians, Moroccans, Arabs , British and Scandinavians etc etc) Please employ staff of foreign origins they would be more helpful and professional for sure and able to communicate in various languages. Why is it that the majority of Spanish people on that side of Spain are prejudiced and racists ??? (...

Hallo, es handelt sich um das größte Einkaufszentrum der gleichnamigen Kette, das mir bekannt ist ! Im EG ist ein riesen Supermarkt mit Spezialitäten aus allen Ländern und mit einer 20 m Frisch-Fisch Abteilung und einer noch größeren für Obst und Gemüse ! Es gibt aber hier auch Elektronik, Haushalts Bedarf und eine riesige Auswahl an Lebensmitteln von Wein über Spirituosen bis zu Konserven, etc.! Im 1.Stock folgt eine etwa 500m2 große Fläche mit Baby Bedarf, von ca. 40 Kinderwagen, über Kleidung bis zu Zubehör ! - Dahinter beginnt dann eine sehr große Fläche mit Kleidung für Frauen und Männer, besonders der relativ günstigen, qualitativ aber guten Eivenmarken des El Chorte de Ingles ! Diese Kleidung ist sehr modern und oft gibt es promo Aktionen, wie zwei Hosen oder Hemden zum Preis von Einer/Einem ! Am Rande der großen Fläche befinden sich auch etliche Shop in Shop Stores von Designern wie Boss, Armani, Hermes, etc. ! In einem Zwischen Geschoss gibt es ein etwa 400m2 großes Schuh Geschäft mit Schuhen in allen Preislagen, bis hin zu italienischen und englischen Designern, für 500-1000€/ Paar, oft aus Straußen Leder oder Wasser Büffel Leder... In 2 Stock findet sich dann eine sehr große Möbel Abteilung, die aber auf den arabischen Geschmack abgestimmt zu sein scheint ! Parkplätze gibt es im angrenzenden Parkhaus auf 4 Etagen reichlich, wenn man etwas kauft, sind die ersten 2h Parken kostenlos, auch ein guter Tipp, um kurz in P. Banus zu bummeln, da es dort fast keine Parkplätze gibt ! Alles in Allem ist es ein beeindruckendes Einkaufs Center, was der gleichnamigen Madrider Kleidungs Firma gehört ! Besonders zu empfehlen ist deshalb natürlich auch die recht preiswerte Bekleidungs- Abteilung und der Supermarkt mit ungekannter Auswahl und natürlich "Spezial Geschäfte", für die jenigen, die etwas *besonderes ", unabhängig vom Preis, suchen !! Sollte man besuchen, wenn man keinen zu großen SUV fährt, der die enge, steile "Korkenzieher - Abfahrt" aus dem Parkhaus nicht schafft, oder deren Fahrer *rin zu ängstlich für die abenteuerliche, gewundene Abfahrt ist.... Und bitte das Parkticket vor dem Verlassen des Parkdecks lösen und / oder bezahlen, denn sonst kommt es an der Schranke, wo man nur das bezahlte Ticket einführen kann, zu einem Drama und dann mit Gas auf die...

It's rather hard to summarise experiences of this large store because it is trying to be many different things to so many different customers. ECI is Europe's largest retail group, so be prepared for lots of corporate incentives, etc. The choice of items is, without doubt, simply fantastic in all departments. Some of the merchandise is unpriced, which can be really frustrating. In this respect, the Watches & Jewellery dept. is absolutely hopeless because there are so few staff. Apart from there, many of the staff are very hard working, especially on the 2nd floor, & at Sales time, but others seem to have very little to do, so they pass the time having major chinwags amongst themselves.
