Typical tourist trap in Marbella, avoid at all costs. Firstly, totally unethical of the manager or whoever that guy is, keep saying literally bad about his neighbours restaurants nearby, whilst 'he is the best'. I was checking the menu at the door step and he started saying about this and that plate, and why the other places, especially his neighbour restaurant, apparently a bar, was terrible compared to him and he would host 'Liverpool players tonight' - Wow, how important is that! 🙄. I gave a look around and decided to come back. Ordered the food for breakfast, and I was crystal clear to the same guy who initially approached me: 'Is this 4 ingredients included in the Omelette?', when he said 'Yes'. The menu clearly say: 'Omelette 4 Ingredients €5,50 + €1,50 per ingrendient', so obviously I was making sure whether these 4 ingredients were already in the Omelette or I should to pay extra if I wanted to add for example, a 5th ingredient . I don't have a problem paying any extra cent, but he should be clear, we do not work in the restaurant, or at least, he could improve his listening skills on English to pay a better attention.
When received the bill, the expexted: they charged each extra ingredient. An Omelette costing almost €10. Again, if I was clear about what happened, I would not have said anything, but it was not. The manager don't come to talk to the customer, but send his waitress. Explained again and he refused to accept. Okay, I paid and left but said to the guy, after shaking his hand - because I was not willing to discuss any further after he said: 'These people who goes to another restaurants are always who I have problem here'. What do you wanna mean? If we choose elsewhere we are poor or what? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THE WORST ATTENDANCE I EVER HAD ACCROSS THE WORLD! Do I need to go to the first place ever, just because he said? Honestly...
After deciding to retire, proposed him a feedback to improve his menu and the way he receive feedbacks, and he said: 'You are not giving feedback, feedback should be complain about the food'. We have a person here who does not accept the feedback.
At least one thing this poor guy was correct: I should have chosen the bar aside, so I did. I spent much more money on lunch there and had a wonderful experience. Also, a way more busy than...
Read moreThe BEST restaurant in Costa Del Sol and you leave this place with much better mood then you came in – guaranteed.
We have visited 50+ restaurants in that region and every time we have done transaction with Spanish restaurants (we call them tourist traps) 90% of the times we felt cheated – charged more than in menu, food is terrible (usually dry chips with dry squid rings on hot summer day), food is burned, portions are small, waitresses chatting with each odder instead of taking your order, if waiter comes she has face that seas please kill me before you make your order because I don’t want to be here, you wait your drinks like 30 minutes, they think you are from on odder planet if you order fresh orange juice and so on.
This is the 1% of the places that can call themselves restaurant and be proud because they ACCTUALLY serve restaurant quality fresh food and drinks, portions are big, service is instant, prices are good and food are delicious.
Definitely recommending this place. Vote with your feet and visit this place instead of the hundreds of soulless french fry places.
NB! The biggest mystery is Spain restaurant business is how 90% of places don’t offer fresh orange juice although Spain is the biggest exporter of oranges in the WORLD and oranges are growing literally in front of the restaurants and they still bring you the bottled Minute Maid orange juice – I...

We had an incredible dining experience at Restaurant Exotica. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff who were attentive to our every need. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. We started with some Tapas and went for a gluten-free pizza. The flavors were incredible and the portions were generous. We also enjoyed a couple of cocktails, which were expertly made and very tasty. We were particularly impressed with the fact that almost every dish on the menu can be made gluten-free. This is a huge plus for anyone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and was able to answer all of our questions. The restaurant is located on the promenade, which offers stunning views of the beach. Finally, we would like to give a big shout out to the restaurant for providing feminine hygiene products in the restrooms. This is a small gesture that makes a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Exotica. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely...
