Gourmet Burger Room MARBELLA — Restaurant in Marbella

Great burger place. My family and I went. Had the butternut squash burger (vegetarian special) and a side of fries. The burger comes with a choice of buns. I had the poppyseed brioche. I am not usually one to cut a burger in half, but these are quite tall and thick and this was about the only way to get a bite. The french fries were perfectly salted and crisp. My daughter had the Persia burger (vegetarian again). Probably would be better named the Greek, but whatever. It was a falafel Patty, thick enough to not be dry, covered with tzatziki sauce, arugula (rocket) and pomegranate arils. She loved it. My Mom had the pulled pork with coleslaw. She chose the whole wheat bun for this and accompanied it with sweet potato fries. She said it was a winner all around. My Dad, not a vegetarian, also had the butternut squash burger and was very happy. He also enjoyed a Dirty Harry IPA from a Malaga microbrewery. The service was very good and the waiter (Frenchman, sorry, I didn't get his name) was very engaging. This place is definitely worth a try and the prices were reasonable. Visited the Gourmet Burger Room last week. We tried a few burgers and all we very different and very tasty.

The spicy chicken burger was amazing with a great taste and texture, the burgers are all really delicious.

One good point, if you don’t like wasting food, the burgers don’t come with chips or salad. Those are extras as side dishes but I think that the size of the burgers are enough without.

Situated near the center of Marbella close to the social security offices in Marbella, also quite close to the beach , one street back from the beach front.

FANTASTIC! The waiter/barman was very friendly, service was quick, food was hot and very reasonably priced. The perfect place for a cheaper dinner when you have a whole week of bigger spending. For starters we had the Mozzarella sticks and the Chicken wings and for mains I had the Gaucho Burger and my partner had the Pulled Ribs burger. Everything was delicious and filling. We also had two pints each as they were only €4. We have eaten at other restaurants on the strip and spent more money and have left hungry or feeling overcharged. GBRM has been...
