UPDATE: This is basically what happened to myself and my husband: We entered the restaurant asked for a table. They said they have table only in the garden. They also said we should order food if we want to seat in the garden. We said we are going to order some appetizers, the receptionist Jessica said angrily that we should order everything, which is weird because you don’t tell customers what to order. Then I said we are going to order food as well and then they said we don’t have table. Also, while we were trying to get a table, another group came and we saw that the receptionist pushed one of the lady back when she wanted to talked to her.
There are a few points that I think it’s good to mention for whom expect a respectful customer service from a restaurant business: It’s very good that a manager defends their staff, but it’s important to keep a balance when it comes to customer service. If the manager Thomas think that me entering the restaurant asking for a table is “intruding”, they seriously need to reconsider their customer service standards. My husband was telling me to leave because he realized the lady is not respectful. Using him as a way to gaslight a customer is shameful. Last but not least, Thomas, don’t worry we choose restaurants with good vibes, good food and respectful customer service, your restaurant is certainly off our list.
Initial Review: They are very rude, very bad customer service specially the receptionist, Jessica! Don’t ruin your trip by going to...
Read moreFirst of all, the garden looks amazing. Great place to eat. Waitress was nice. Too bad the food was bad. Looking at the prices of the menu, the food we had was bad. For starters we had garlic bread for 7,50 euro. Bread was nice and soft, but with too much olive oil and the garlic taste was not that present. Shrimp pil pil.. It was served in a bowl and the gravy was nice, but when you eat, the gravy is not on the shrimp. If you just grill the shrimp en throw them in a bowl with gravy... when you take a shrimp..the sauce is not on the shrimp. At least give me a spoon to eat it like a soup. Main meal we ordered ribeye and tenderloin steak medium grilled with chimichurri sauce and french fries. The fries were soft and didn't came with any sauce. Both steaks were rare from the inside and didn't had good salt and black pepper seasoning. The steak knife could not cut through the rare fat from the rib eye. The chimichurri was oily and without the taste of the basic ingredients. So I could not cover the bad taste of the meat. When we arrived we got immediately the message that we could only eat until a certain time... So I didn't want to make a effort to sent the meat back. And if a grillmaster gives me such a rare steak..I doubt he knows how to properly grill my meat. So sadly.. this was a disappointment after reading all the...
Read moreBeautiful restaurant with stunning ambience and gardens however this was majority let down by the poor service and food. Family of four orders 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals yet they bring the kids meals after 10mins and kept the 2 adults waiting a further 25mins later. I complained about 5mins after the kids receiving their meals stating why was the food not brought together and the waiter said “shall i take them back its 35mins wait for your order food so we thought to bring the kids first”, what whilst they are half way through eating what are you nuts? who splits an order without asking the customer first? We would have easily waited kids were settled happily. What infuriated me further was the table next to us ordered 5mins after we did and they received all their food together while we were still waiting for ours. When ours did finally arrived it was overcooked dry chicken with about 5 chips not happy in the slightest, no apologies, no offer of discount or a drink on the house. Its not like i’m a fussy customer its simple bring our order together and do a good job in the kitchen; honestly I wish I went McD’s. I’m so annoyed I paid full price I should have kicked up a fuss, not impressed. Ruined experience of...
