I ordered a large cod & and chips, which was nicely cooked and of a reasonable portion size. The batter tasted bland though & the chips were dry. It was OK but not great, I also felt that €2+ for sides such as mushy peas a little steep, and although I sat in, I thought the €0.50c fee to takeaway is unreasonable. I wouldn't of considered the meal good value for money. The staff are pleasant & keep a clean premises, but I wouldn't recommend to friends for a 'must go out of the way for' chippy based on the food.
