Good food but bad experience. Food was amazing. However when the bill came it really put a dampener on the night. We were a party of 14 people and booked in advance. When we arrived we were greeted with a 1/3 glass of prosecco which was pleasant and a nice surprise ! We mentioned we had not ordered these and they said “free , all included”. They asked if we wanted some water for the table which we accepted (we would not of if we knew the price!) We ordered our meals and they were absolutely delicious. Can’t fault the meal. And the staff were very attentive. When they brought over the bill, they brought a shot of lemon cello each which we thought was so lovely of them!, when the bill came we noticed a €28 charge for a “cover charge” and a €31 euro charge for the water!! Baring in mind, these waters were only the size of Evian waters and we had one between 2. When we asked what the cover charge was, they said this was per person for a “seat” at the table!!

You are having to pay for a seat at the table. For a SEAT!!. I have never heard of such a thing. When we questioned them on this, they said that this was for the Prosecco and for the leomchello shot they gave when they brought the bill out (baring in mind, the previous waiter said this was free) I completely understand charging for a service, however, we were already spending over €360 with the resteraunt with meals and drinks. I requested for them to take the cover charge off as we were already paying a fortune in water and meals but we would leave them a tip instead. The waiter was extremely rude and refused to take it this charge off. He then went on to say that the cover charge was stated in fine print at the back of the menu. When you are handed a menu, you read the meals NOT the fine print on the last page. I am really not one to complain, I must have wrote about 2 reviews in my life but I just don’t understand how this is justifiable. Don’t say a service is free and then charge us for it at the end. And don’t charge us for sitting in a chair at your restaurant

Unfortunately, due to this we will not be returning nor recommending. The meal was lovely, however, the customer service and arrogance...

Super tasty food. Interior is authentic. Waiters and waitresses all spell good English. We had the truffle risotto and pizza and Burrata salad and 2 pasta and 1 kids pizza. All this very tasty and big dishes.

It’s a little tight space so if you’re a bit overweight, this might not be a place for you if you don’t get a big table :-) an older lady tipped over a table and a lamp because of the tight space. But worth it.

Great service and they are always nice to ask if you like the food.

I’m allergic so I ordered a lot of food without cheese and milk products and they were very helpful. I was actually so afraid that I had to ask if it was normal cheese on my pizza but actually it wasn’t but it was just so delicious and mushy that it look like normal cheese.

The only complaint is that When I paid the bill I saw they charge me fully for a small dish of risotto. So I large and small was the same price. I complained about this and they were very nice to give me money back. We brought some food home in a doggy bag and it was so amazing even the next day.

I recommend this place mostly for grown-ups but it’s also nice for families...
