**Restaurant Review: Apolo XI** I recently dined at Apolo XI, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of enjoying a magical seafood soup that was bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The seafood was fresh, and the broth was rich and savory, making it an unforgettable dish. The kids opted for pizza and pasta, and they were equally delighted. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings, while the pasta was cooked to perfection with a delicious, flavorful sauce. It was evident that the dishes were made with high-quality ingredients and a lot of care. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great place for a family meal. Overall, we were all super satisfied with our dining experience at Apolo XI. It's definitely a place we will return to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal, especially if you're a seafood lover.

Achtung Abzocke! Überprüfen Sie dort immer die Rechnung! Uns wurde eine Rechnung präsentiert mit 25% höherer Endsumme als auf der Karte. Der Grund und die Erhöhung war nicht auf dem Registrierkassenbon ausgewiesen. Auf die Frage nach dem Chef wurde uns gesagt, der sei irgendwo unterwegs, jeder sei dort Chef. Die nicht mit den Einzelpositionen übereinstimmende Endsumme wurde mit einem Feiertagszuschlag erklärt..man hätte Zettel aushängen. Diese haben wir aber nicht gesehen oder sie sind so aufgehangen und unauffällig bedruckt, dass man sie übersehen musste. Der Hinweis befand sich jedenfalls weder den Karten beigelegt, noch ad Rezeptionspunkt wo die Tische zugewiesen werden. Und eindeutig betrügerisch ist , dass der Zuschlag nicht auf dem Kassenbon vermerkt ist. Als wir uns weigerten, diesen Aufschlag zu zahlen wurde uns erst mit der Polizei gedroht. Da dies in unserem Interesse lag, es laut wurde und andere Gäste aufmerksam wurden, wurde dann plötzlich ein zweiter Bon ausgedruckt mit einer niedrigeren Summe. Der Witz war, dass auch diese Summe nicht mit den Einzelpositionen übereinstimmte. Man kann dort also die Endsummen ad Kasse manipulieren. Da es aber annähernd dem verzehrten Betrag entsprach und die Situation brenzlig angespannt war, bezahlten wir und gingen. Es wurde versucht, uns beide Bons abzunehmen, aber wir konnten sie einstecken. Einer Kellnerin war das Prozedere offensichtlich sehr peinlich, die männlichen Kellner wurden frech. Aufgrund des unangenehmen Erlebnisses, stellt sich uns nun die Frage, in wieviel Fällen hier so mit erhöhten Endsummen verfahren wird und ob dies nicht eine Anzeige bei der Steuer zur Folge haben sollte? Über das Essen wurde in anderen Bewertungen alles gesagt. Es scheint, dass hier ein Betreiberwechsel stattgefunden hat. Schade.

Sitio NO RECOMENDABLE EN ABSOLUTO. Sitio enfocado a engañar a guiris. Nuestra experiencia: Llegamos y teníamos ganas de un pescado a la plancha. Pedimos entrantes gambas al ajillo, congeladas y sin sabor, y fritos de queso, que parecían comprados de los congelados del Carrefour. Nos dejamos recomendar por el camarero, Raúl, para el pescado fresco. No queríamos pedir los de carta porque seguramente fuesen de peor calidad, para ello había un apartado de pescado fresco, precio según mercado. Entró el camarero Raúl en cocina y nos recomendó uno a 50 euros el kilo y otro a 60, ambos pesarían un kilo, así que ya sabíamos lo que íbamos a pagar, 60 euros por el pez. Cuando nos lo trajeron fue una estafa en toda regla, era un pez que estoy cansado de comprar en el mercado que no pesaba más de medio kilo o a lo.mucho 600 gramos. Disconformes, se lo decimos a Raúl, a lo que él, todo chulo y con prepotencia defendió que pesaba un kilo y que si no lo pesaba era por haberle quitado las tripas. Se fue a la cocina y me sacó 2 peces, no sé qué tendrá que ver con el que nos trajeron, uno que defendía mi queja porque no pesaba ni medio kilo y otro que igual sí, pero ante mi asombro, ambos peces congelados y supuestamente eran pescados frescos. Lo dejamos prácticamente entero porque estaba incomible, era seco, como si lo hubieran echado congelado a la plancha. Después tuvieron la decencia de cobrar 30 euros por el pescado en lugar de los 60 que hubiéramos pagado sin quejarnos. Una vergüenza, que pidas recomendación con toda tu buena intención y te intenten estafar. Veo los comentarios y no me extraña la verdad. Espero que sirva a futuros posibles clientes y, al menos españoles que puedan leer esto, no se dejen estafar.

The food was not bad but it was very limited in its quantity and quite pricey for Canarian standards. The worst of all was the service. We had reserved a table and a paella, but they completely forgot. The waiter (a bald guy) managed to come out as very arrongant with his way of dismissing their mistakes and overall, he had no clue about setting a pleasant atomosphere. Definetely it is not an authentic place and its success is only linked to the poor ignorant turists who inadvertently fall into their net. We will not come back here and cannot recommend this place to anyone but rather suggest to find better...

Not very impressed. I don’t know if it was what we ordered but it was just average at best. Dishes coming out of the kitchen to other customers looked excellent, we had 3 pizzas that were a little undercooked and rubbery (£8-£10 each), and I ordered fried squid which I’d hoped would be the fresh type with me tentacles and bits along with potatoes and salad, unfortunately it was with chips no sign of salad and the squid was like eating rubber rings (cost £16 which seemed high for what was served) we had squid the night before at nomad around the corner for half the price that was...
