Bella Pasta — Restaurant in Mogán

Due to the limited time many people may spend here reading reviews, I’ll try too keep mine short.

Atmosphere (4/5) you can sit in- and outside. If you sit outside, they have some sun- and wind protection if requested. But not per seat or table individually. you sit between the Havana Bar and another restaurant on the Anfi placa.

Food (4/5) I ate Spaghetti Bolognese, and the sauce was really good and tasty. The chocolate brownie tastes a lot like chocolate. It was too much for me. (Rating is based on my order)

Service (3/5) Some of them are helpful, friendly and some just always shrug their shoulders point to another waiter and keep doing something else.

Price (3/5) due to the location of the restaurant the Bella Pasta is expensive (eg. around € 10-12 for different pasta dishes).

Me and my wife has been in a lot of restaurants in Tenerife and Gran canaria. This is by far the worst we've been. We ordered gnocchi and tortellini. Our dishes arrived after 40 minutes, The gnocchi was cold, Both dishes were salty up to the point that we couldn't eat them and had to drink 1.5liter of water, The gnocchi was too soft and The tortellini's dough was not cooked enough. When we told this to the waiter, he didn't seem to care. He just warmed the gnocchi in the microwave. There were 3 more tables beside us, so there was not pressure on the staff. It is just amateur. We felt like we are being disregarded and this did match the price which was very high.. This is too bad because when we looked from the outside the place looked like it is very good. Not...

A lot has changed since my last visit. The food was not great but it was ok. The service and the staff are horrible. One waiter was nice, the others were rude, forgot things (can happen but not five times in a row) and were just not interested. They were constantly looking to take empty things from the table while we were still eating. 2 seconds after they took the plates from the main course away, one of them came back to smack the tab on the table. When i asked why he brought the tab without me asking (i would have enjoyed a coffee after my meal) he simply replied "it is finished lady". Never ever have i seen this kind of behaviour, i will not be returning and i think they are very lucky to be in a hotspot, elsewhere this kind of business would...
