Food just wasn't good. We ordered all the Mexican stuff including fajitas, burritos and quesadillas. Fajitas came cold and not sizzling how you'd expect and lacked flavour, burrito had no beans or guacamole (not sure if that's typical here in the country) and quesadillas were the best and even then it was average. Nachos were average too and served way too quick meaning that it's not fresh. All our mains were served much too quick so evident it's probably just microwaved. We swapped a food item earlier on and the Waiter made a mistake on swapping the wrong item and tried to say it's what we said but clearly not when we all were in the conversation him and us three. He became a bit direct and bothered in his service with us just not being friendly at all. Food is bad and service was saved by one guy that was much friendlier. Overall we paid 60 euros for a terrible experience. We can see other people reviews stating fajitas were nice, we did notice others ordering and their fajitas were sizzling and the smell was indeed lovely even. For whatever reason the bad quality of our fajitas were allowed out of the kitchen. What happens when you eat at a tourist area restaurant where they don't have to worry about satisfying customers long term. Would have given an overall 2 stars but because of how the waitor was with us it gets a flat 1. Staff need more training to ensure quality of food...
Read moreOk, so i went to google, saw the poor reviews and despite my better judgement, came here. I thought ah it cant be too bad. I was wrong! We came in and were greeted by a rude waiter who told us to pick any table, then moved us to another table once we had! Once seated for the second time my girlfriend noticed her bag was missing. A gentleman told us that the waiter had taken it off the table. I proceeded to the bar to get back the bag where there was 4 men all gathered together and took a mimute to actually give it back. It felt very weird. Again at this point we should have left but didnt. Ordered starters and mains from a horrible smarmy waiter. I got garlic bread which was an uncut garlic bagutte wrapped in tinfoil when it came out. I got the chilli con carne for main and that was terrible. So dry and definitely not cooked anytime close to when i was eating it. Same for the rice. My girlfriend got the steak and it came out just a bad lump of meat and a few chips thrown around it. Paying was even a horrible experience he threw the bill at us!!!! This place is worse than you can imagine. The staff, the atmosphere and the food are absolutely terrible! One star is waaaaaay too much.

Read moreHands down the worst place I have ever been in Gran Canaria. The older lady with orange hair couldn't have been less interested in her job, and spent more time showing something on her phone to two customers. The drinks order didn't arrive until we'd finished the starters and only because I chased them for it. The food that came out was grim as anything, and one of the meals they brought out was completely wrong (lucky I guess cus the wrong meal they brought out seriously looked rancid). The food we had was basic and mediocre but the couple behind us also complained about plastic in their food and there was absolutely no ownership from the restaurant for this mistake, again they really couldn't care less, apart from to discuss everything amongst themselves loudly in Spanish, which isn't exactly a super secret code.
This place should be...
