Really can't honestly recommend this. We went for our birthdays, they did make an effort by putting an old, used birthday balloon on the table I suppose. No vegetables to speak of to accompany the proteins. The skirt steak was great, doesn't come with the traditional sauces though. The salad was horrific, it was like soggy lettuce soup. Waitress didn't understand English very well, ended up with two glasses of red wine instead of one, not life ending of course, but one was paint thinner, the other nice. Asked for a pint three times it never came. The empanadas were good but really basic honestly. The bench seating is wood and while it looks kind of cool it's incredibly uncomfortable to sit on, my bottom was completely numb by the time we left lol. Can't really say there was anything remarkable at all, would never go back as there's so many choices on the Playa and I'm sure they must have more atmosphere and better...

Sincerest thanks to the team at Mohana. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely superb. Even more so when I suddenly and randomly took ill (nothing to do with the meal I promise!). The response from the staff was outstanding - very quick to help my wife and I whilst I recovered. The support and general empathy they showed, we couldn’t have asked for more. I even ended up giving the owner a hug haha! If my wife and I come back to Mojacar we will be paying this place another...

Came here late one night with a friend. The owner was very welcoming, and recommended us a starter, and the barbecue to share. It was absolutely delicious. Everything from the sauces to the meats was bursting with flavour.

The barbecue came with steaks, chicken, sausages, and pudding. My favourite was the skirt steak and the chicken. It was nice to serve them on a grill so that you could cook the meat further if you wished to.
