Little India & Doner Kebab — Restaurant in Nerja

Wow...I've just been physically thrown out of Little India and Doner Kebab for saying I didn't want garlic sauce.

No word of an exaggertion.

When given a falafel with garlic sauce all over it, I calmly explained that I don't like garlic.

Very calmy. No aggression. Just asked if I could get it replaced.

Well, it all kicked off..

Firstly I was told it was my fault that I didn't tell them when I ordered.

Employee throws the falafel on the counter.

I calmly ask for my money back.

Manager comes out berating me.

Tells me to "bugger off'.

Continues to shout at me while I calmly explain I don't like garlic.

Then I'm literally pushed out the door.

Nope. Not a film.

Experiència nefasta, son maleducados, ladrones, y poco profesionales, hacen como que se equivocan, y cuando llamas para reclamar hacen que ya no te entienden, te alzan la voz y además cuelgan el telf y ya no te responden. Pedí dos hamburguesas, y kebab, dos raciones de pollo, y 2 colas grandes. Cuenta 29.50, no me dan ticket, le damos los 50ctms de propina al repartidor, al revisar el pedido falta un pollo, vuelvo a llamar con toda la educación del mundo y el señor que me atiende me dice que debo pagar otros 4 €, le explico cuánto me han cobrado y me dice que me vuelve a llamar.... Bien no lo hace y manda al repartidor con el pollo y efectivamente nos pide los 4€ ,al intentar explicarle que se equivocan ,se pone chulo el repartidor en la puerta y nos dice en nuestra cara que nos cobró 24,50 en lugar de 29,50, hacía diez minutos..... INCREÍBLE sin ningún tipo de pudor, le devolvemos el pollo por su falta de honestidad y mala educacion , y al volver s llamar al establecimiento el señor que me atendió primeramente grita groseramente no me deja explicarle y mantiene que cobró 24.50, sin ningún tipo de documento . Seguidamente me cuelga el teléfono con la palabra en la boca y ya no me vuelven s coger el teléfono. Pienso denunciarlos y jamás volveré s pedir s ese lugar de origen dudoso tanto profesional como personal. Además no es la primera vez que son groseros. MI...

This was once one of the best takeaway. Understand the disappointment when a favorite establishment doesn't maintain its standards. It can be disheartening when the quality of food is not as good as it used to be. Furthermore, it is unfortunate when the portion sizes become smaller. Hopefully, the restaurant will take note of these issues and make improvements. way restaurants. But now the quality and size of portions...
