In short: food nice (not great, just nice); service - disaster.
Read all if you have time: Food: was nice, tomatoes are really to die for. Also had Beef carpacio - was ok. My wife had hake - never seen fish served this way, sliced like bread, rather then fillet (long cut along the bone) - this causes you to feel every possible bone in your mouth. That's not what you want in restaurant. So food just OK. Now service: disaster - felt like being served by machine/robot. No human interaction, no eye contact, no thank you, lady needs to learn propper way of communicating with people. I would not consider myself very demanding person. But if you watch from side how she deals with everyone, sorry that's just degrading overall restaurant experience. Ok, she has to deal with all serving herself, but restaurant is not that busy to behave like this. It feels she creates more stress to herself than there actually is. Other than that... The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the server created an atmosphere of stress and tension that felt completely unnecessary. She seemed overwhelmed without reason, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. It felt like the drama was self-inflicted — not something you'd expect in such a relaxed setting.
