Was recommended to go for breakfast and had a small breakfast, and my wife had a scrambled egg with 1 bacon. Price pretty good food tasted nice. Coffee was hot. The only thing we both said was they needed to dry the side of the bacon before putting it on the plates as it was resting in a dirty fatty liquid. I know this was not fried but on a griddle, but i personally think if it was wiped down before our rashers were cooked, it would have been a clean plate That's why only 4 stars.😔 This is feedback for An Sibin kitchen to take on board..... Wonderful restaurant in the Playa Flamenca area. 5 of us ordered Fish and Chips, Chili Beef, Vegan Bourguignon and Tuna Mayo Salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal and everything tasted delicious. The Fish and Chips are highly recommended, a huge piece of super flakey fish and crispy batter, best I have ever eaten, and I have had plenty all over including the UK. A huge plus is that they have lots of vegan alternatives and not just salads. Also very reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the area. We have been several times. On each visit we have been treated very well with great service on all our event. We have taken family and close friends to treat them . All satisfied. I have one question do you cater for gluten free, we have friends we want to bring along .
