I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible experience I had during my many visits. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warmth and friendliness that truly set the tone for my day.

Ruben and his team created an atmosphere that felt both inviting and vibrant. Their genuine smiles and attentive service made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. It was evident that they take pride in what they do, and their passion for providing exceptional customer service shone through in every interaction.

The ambiance of Chiringuito La Zenia is simply delightful. The combination of the beautiful setting and the lively energy generated by your team makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food and company. I found myself soaking in the atmosphere, which was enhanced by the friendly banter and the attentive service.

Not only overprized, -small plate of supermarket almonds, 3,50€, that they don’t tell you about until you’ve agreed to what normally is free, and add it to the last price without telling you about if-. they tell you that if you give them the PLASTIC cup back they’ll give you 0,5€ back which we did. when we gave it back n asked for the 0,5€, the older woman with the slavic accent made us go back to the bar to ask for those 0,5€ back ( embarrassing itself ) because she didn’t charge us for it beforehand. so why would they tell me about the fee if you were not going to charge me? i wonder if that lady was the owner, asking for half an euro with an attitude that sure has been the worst, most pathetic experience we’ve had in a while in costumer service. prices are fair because of the restaurant location, but trying to add almost four euros to a bill for random almonds and the fact that they don’t even have table service to then rat me for fifty cents was something to make us not...

Seriously, please provide customers with decent and hygienic conditions at the toilets area, this is not the first time I do not find any soap at la Zenia Beach toilets. You make loads of money but can’t bother to put a bit of soap? If the dispenser is too small and the soap finishes quickly then change the dispenser to a bigger one, it’s not a big investment for the load s* of money you make. This is 2021 and still a pandemic but people can’t wash their hands properly with water and SOAP. (Review written in 2021 but left unpublished for some unaccepted words). Hopefully in 2024...
