Eisdealer — Restaurant in Pájara

I visited this ice cream café a few days ago, and the experience has unfortunately convinced me not to return. According to the posted hours, the café is supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. We arrived at 8:25 pm, but the waiter informed us right away that they would be closing at 8:30 pm. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this here.

The waiter seemed visibly annoyed and reluctantly agreed to serve my children some ice cream. Right from the start, he harshly told them not to touch the glass display – an unnecessarily strict reaction, especially toward young guests. His attitude was generally rude and clearly lacking the friendliness you would expect in a place that serves customers.

To top it off, he gave me 50 cents less in change, which just reinforced the negative impression. For us, it’s clear: this was our last visit to this ice cream café. Hospitality and reliability should be top priorities – unfortunately, that was not...

March 2025: Took a day trip from Corralejo down to Morro Jable during our holiday and stopped off here for an ice cream. Located on Morro Jable’s main street, it is easy to find and offers both indoor and outdoor seating with lovely views. The atmosphere is relaxed and chilled, making it a great spot to unwind. The overall choice of flavours was good and the employees very friendly. Now comes the not so great part: We tried amarena, cookies, Ferrero-Rocher and Maracuja-Mango. Sadly all of them tasted bland. Ferrero-Rocher tasted like cocoa powder, cookies has only cookies on top for decoration but the actual ice cream contains none (similarly to the stracciatella which has no chocolate pieces inside).
