We ate here two days in a row because the food and service was very good!

The first day we ate dinner: fried squid with french fries, beef tenderloin carpaccio and Iberian ham with tomato bruschetta. The portions were generous and it all tasted delicious, well seasoned and beautifully plated. The side salad that came with the calamari was fresh and had a lovely dressing.

The second day we came back for dinner again and ordered the classic burger, beef tenderloin with french fries, Padrón peppers, garlic prawns and beef carpaccio (again!). The burger and beef tenderloin were both cooked medium which was perfect, tasted really good! The grilled peppers is a big portion, easily shared between people. The garlic prawns were also very tasty.

We saw seafood paella's being brought to other tables and it looked amazing, so hoping to try that before we go home in a few days!

If you're looking for a diverse menu with tasty food and lovely, friendly, efficient staff then La Isla is a...

What a very unprofessional and discourteous staff 2 ladies working front of house said we could sit inside if we were eating which we were take a seat no problem, the. We wait for several minutes no issue with that, then the lady with pony tail sits a couple on a table next to us and gives them 2 menus which we have not been given ?, my wife said excuse me to the waitress to which she waved her arms to be quite as she is busy so we got up from the table and walked out , I would not visit this place if I was starving it is obvious the staff get there attitude from higher up and i do not mean God ,looking at owners I assume reply to reviews its simply not there fault its everyone else fault, we never even got to review the food but if staff attitude are a taste of how the food is and the review a few days ago on Tuna dish I have been lucky in leaving as we did make your own mind up as I say I cannot comment on food just the...

Visited three times. First visit great food, padron peppers, grilled octupus and canarian potatos. All great and good portions, as a late lunch - Fab! Second visit at 8.50 pm - Wanted take away but kitchen closed Sthey had been busy! Third visit took ages, and despite asking 3 times managrd to put in order as bruschetta, not squid! Pointed at menu and was quite clear what wanted, but somehow they managed to get it very wrong and as it took more than 30 minutes for food to arrive, didnt want to complain and then have to wait for squid to be cooked while everything else went cold. Very disappointing, and after such a great start. Padron peppers fab on both occasions and when we got what we had asked for, it was great, but the error on squid just silly and hard...
