My family and I were traveling and stopped in Palma for a few hours. We went to a few places to try a bit of everything. We got gelato from Sa Gelataria and planned to stop for coffee and a couple tapas as we walked the area. Stopped at Bazaar for a couple of drinks and tapas. We were immediately greeted with unpleasantness and aggression which we thought weird but we got seated outside and began ordering. We ordered a couple tapas (from the English translated page). My dad ordered a beer. My brother asked what other drinks they had and the waiter aggressively turned the menu pages to another page (which is in Spanish) and said “it’s there”, again opposite of behavior you’d expect from someone working in the service industry. He ordered a soda. The waiter then asked “¿No más?” and we said no. He then said “he has to ask his boss since that’s all.” We were confused but based on the whole experience and mistreatment so far, we decided to just leave and go somewhere else. We saw when he went to tell his boss and the boss just shrugged his shoulders. He then walked back to us as we were leaving to tell us that we had to leave, as if we were still planning to stay anyway. I don’t know if it’s because we aren’t locals, or we’re not white, or we didn’t meet an unwritten order quota why we received such bad treatment but it’s dehumanizing and disgusting. If you only want specific clientele, you should not be in...
Read moreI had the best meal and the worst experience during my stay in Palma at Bazaar. The food was undeniably delicious and worth both the cost and the wait, but the service was downright horrible. I sincerely respect the server, the bartender and the chef for working together to overcome entitled customers and crazy restaurant business, but I cannot ignore their cold dispositions and downright aggression towards my own party and other clients. But hear me out: I don’t think this is their fault. When it’s three people versus an overflowing terrace, of course they’re going to get stressed, and especially when afore-mentioned entitled customers show up. I understand. But knowing the great reputation of Bazaar and its popularity, why hasn’t management hired more people to alleviate the pressure from these three miracle-workers? Don’t they deserve it and need it? I hope next time I’m in Palma there will be at least a second server and for once smiles on all the staff’s faces. Bazaar needs to take better care of its workers so they can give customers the best service they’re more than capable...

Exceptional Dining Experience at Bazaar Restaurant!
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bazaar Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, but what really made the night stand out was the outstanding service we received from Luciana.
We ordered the shrimp and goat cheese dishes, and both were absolute standouts! The shrimp was cooked to perfection, with a delicious balance of flavors that left us wanting more. The goat cheese was equally impressive, creamy and rich, paired with fresh ingredients that made it a true delight.
Luciana’s service was impeccable — she was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic experience. Her friendly demeanor and excellent recommendations made all the difference.
If you’re looking for a place with amazing food and top-notch service, Bazaar is a must-visit. Thank you, Luciana, for making our evening so special! We’ll definitely...
