El Gringo Chingon — Restaurant in Palma

German. Nun das zweite Mal in Palma de Mallorca und zum ersten Mal in diesem Lokal gewesen.

Zu allererst ein herzliches Dankeschön vom Deutschen Wirt für die netten Gespräche zwischendurch!

Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt am Strand an einer ruhigen Ecke, was mir sehr gefällt.

Nachdem ich mit der freien Platzwahl kurz darauf die Speisekarte bekommen habe, habe ich zuerst ein Getränk, eine Vorspeise und eine Hauptspeise bestellt.

Das Bierchen kam sehr flott. Das Essen hat in etwa 25 Minütchen gebraucht. Dies ist jedoch eine völlig akzeptable Wartezeit für den Betrieb, insbesondere da ich Betonung liegt auf Restaurant essen gehe und nicht in einem Fast Food laden wo der Burger nach 2 Min fertig ist.

Dementsprechen völlig in Ordnung. Die Vorspeise kam nach etwa 10 Minuten.

Sowohl das Brot mit Aioli und Oliven als auch der Lachs mit Pomes und Salat mehr als nur köstlich! Der Preis von 18,90€ für diese Portion und für diesen Service und insbesondere für diese hochwertige hervorragende Qualität zahlt man gerne!

Alles in einem: Eindeutig 5 Sterne!

The location is very well located, right on the beach on a quiet corner, which I like a lot.

After I received the menu shortly afterwards with the free choice of seats, I first ordered a drink, a starter and a main course.

The beer came very quickly. The meal took about 25 minutes. However, this is a completely acceptable waiting time for the company, especially since I am going to eat in a restaurant and not in a fast food place where the burger is ready after 2 minutes.

Accordingly, perfectly fine. The appetizer came after about 10 minutes.

Both the bread with aioli and olives and the salmon with fries and salad are more than delicious! The price of €18.90 for this portion and for this service and in particular for this high quality is a pleasure to pay!

All in one: Definitely 5 stars!

La ubicación está muy bien ubicada, justo en la playa en una esquina tranquila, lo cual me gusta mucho.

Después de recibir poco después el menú con libre elección de asientos, primero pedí una bebida, un entrante y un plato principal.

La cerveza llegó muy rápido. La comida duró unos 25 minutos. Sin embargo, este es un tiempo de espera completamente aceptable para la empresa, sobre todo porque voy a comer en un restaurante y no en un lugar de comida rápida donde la hamburguesa está lista después de 2 minutos.
