We love this place and used to come a lot - the location is great, view is nice / the food has always been a bit overpriced and a bit over complicated - everything covered in too much sauce and using a lot of preservatives. But still we came often and really enjoyed it.
But I wonāt go again. This evening walking in we were asked if we wanted food or drinks. We said weād eat, and we were given a table outside. We ordered drinks and bread and aloli straight away without the menu. When they put this on the table, we were asked with quite an aggressive undertone if we were ordering food. At this point we had been there less than 5 minutes and hadnāt even looked. I said twice that weād like the keep the menu and the waiter took it away.
Then we could hear him standing in the door way saying sarcastically that at that rate, theyād run out of bread and aloli.
We decided at that point if we were going to be treated like that we didnāt want to spend money on dinner there and would go elsewhere.
As soon as we put our glasses down the waiter pounced on us to clear our plates - it was very obvious we werenāt welcome. When i said Iād asked for the menu twice and weād wanted to eat, the waiter apologised but very sarcastically. And didnāt bring us the menu. We then asked for the bill, which ironically took a long time to come.
We witnessed the waiter behave like this with other customers.
I completely understand that outdoor spaces are limited, also that itās a place that people can easily spend hours sitting. Why be so rude and ruin your customers evening? Why not have a fair and clear policy around table turn around times, minimum spend or dinner only on the terrace like other restaurants do?
It really upset me that Iād asked twice for the menu so we could have dinner and the guy was in such an egotistical and agressive mood he didnāt even hear me.
And most of the tables outside were empty! Unnecessary and a dangerous strategy with customers who live...

We were told that we can only have the table until 8, what is ok, then we got the food menu and it took 10 minutes until a waiter came to ask for our order. We didnāt get a drinks/wine menu, so we asked for that and told him to come back a little quicker. Didnāt help, instead the manager came and told us not to be rude and told us, that we got a table quickly so we shouldnāt complain. The space was empty, there were probably 10 people working and rather doing smalltalk behind the bar than taking care of their guests. When you want to make money and sell your table twice one evening, you have to be quick! No sorry, what we asked for. The food came quick, was ok, nothing special. Then we were done eating and waited again way to long, no one came to get our empty plates, instead we went to the bar and asked if we can get the check. After that more rude answers of the manager and stupid reason, why it took so long, what as a paying guest you donāt want to hear. No sorry, nothing taken...

Last time we were denied because we had a 17:n year old boy. This evening you letting people in straight from the beach in flip-flops swimwear and umbrellas. And you letting super drunk people in that can not behave. We ask one person (lady) to move out a bit as she just sat down next to our table to smoke. She's just ignored this (drunk) she's calling out some one from the bar that is obviously the manager (dressed in black with a funny ponytail) for this shack... I asked the company agin to move out a bit. He's telling me that I should calm down and move my table... I asked him, are you the manager. He answered back, no I'm not. Later confirmed by the staff that he is. Still smoking as a coward he is. This is one of the worst things in my 5 years in Mallorca.
