Trattoria A Tarantella — Restaurant in Palma

I have been at the former location for years and it was always great. A kind of second home:) The chef and owner is an „original“…:) Since a few month they’re in Coll d‘en Rebassa in a cosy place with big terrace. Food is still great and the atmosphere is laid back. I arrived in Palma a week ago and was very disappointed to find Tarantella was no longer there in Portixol, and it was another restaurant instead. I managed to find out if they had relocated or closed down but found them and headed straight down to their new location. The food was excellent as usual, some new staff but brilliant and super friendly service. It was late evening and it was quiet, but I can imagine a great atmosphere at a busier time. Por ahora una porquería. Estoy esperando la comida a ver si es tan buena como dicen. Pero la espera es agonizante, agobiante; ni un pedazo de pan te ponen paea apaciguar el hambre. Como una hora para tomar el pedido y aún estamos esperando.

A una hora y media aún no tenemos comida. Ya ni importa la comida. Este sitio es una porquería, un desastre. NO VENGAN salvo que quieran una malísima experiencia y a precios caros.

Me voy sin comer. Y no pienso volver nunca jamás. Encima de que hicimos reserva previa.

Se ve que todas las calificaciones de cinco estrellas son compradas o de amigos.

Pocos minutos después de terminar mi reseña la cuenta de "propietario" me responde a mi reseña. Sin asumir ninguna de las horripilantes fallas del restaurante.

Si se ocupara tanto del restaurante como de las reseñas de google seguramente habríamos comido algo.
