Nestled in one of Palmas busy squares where many cafes, shops and restaurants are available. Let's not forget the street markets. However, this little cafe is in a perfect location - on the corner of Placa Major.

We visited this cafe for breakfast and we were delighted. The food was amazing - we got a lovely salmon bagel with avacado and cream cheese. It was so fresh and flavoursome. They served a lovely and strong iced coffee with a freshly squeezed orange juice.

It is very reasonably priced and great selection on their menus. Service and staff were amazing. Overall, great exprience and would definitely recommend.

Pros: excellent food and service beautiful decor AC inside and outdoor seating seems to be wheelchair accessible family friendly

Wir haben das Mise en Place Brunch, Bakery and Specialty Coffee zweimal zum Frühstück besucht. Das Angebot ist vielfältig und umfasst Bowls, belegte Brotscheiben, Bagels, Säfte und Gebäck. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass das Essen sehr nährstoffreich und gesund war, dazu schön angerichtet.

Der Innenraum bietet etwa zehn Sitzplätze und draußen gibt es ebenfalls zehn Plätze. Innen herrscht eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, während es draußen eher spartanisch gestaltet ist. Das Konzept ist an sich sehr gut durchdacht, aber die Preise sind recht hoch.

Das Bestellsystem funktioniert so, dass man sich an der Kasse anstellt, bestellt, bezahlt und dann wartet – es gibt also keinen Service für draußen. Dies könnte für einige Gäste weniger komfortabel sein, aber die Qualität des Essens macht es wett.

Insgesamt ist Mise en Place ein guter Ort für ein gesundes und leckeres Frühstück, obwohl die Preise etwas hoch sind und der Service optimiert werden könnte.

L'interno offre circa dieci posti a sedere e all'esterno ce ne sono altrettanti. L'interno ha un'atmosfera accogliente, mentre l'esterno è piuttosto spartano. Il concetto è ben pensato, ma i prezzi sono piuttosto elevati.
