The best and the most interesting burger i ever have! We had reservations from before so evething was quickly and smooth, really recommend to make reservation in advance as i can see many people come after 9h30 can not have a place. About the fries, we had 1/2 french fries and 1/2 sweet potato and we love it! You can feel the crispiness, salty balance.... Generous poition even we can't finish 🤌🏻 About the burger, my husband had a menu of the month, it's really good, the meat is cooked in the different wait, it's Angus beef, juicy, balance with mozzarella and dry tomato. I took la Canadiense, the ingredients (peanut butter, granny smith apple, spicy raspberry ..) in the burger took my attention from the first moment, if you are the fan of the sweet food like me, this is for you. Everything is so good together ✨ i really enjoyed eating it. However, personally i would prefer if they add a bit salty taste in the burger so that the sweer and salty is balance, the sweetness make me can not taste the meat. Definitely will comeback if have chance again to travel in Palma. ☺️

Such delicious burgers!!! We had read the reviews proclaiming these to be the best burgers ever, so we went to try them and, although I’m not sure it’s the “best” I’ve had, it’s definitely top 10, if not top 5, which is saying a lot as someone who has eating countless burgers. My favorite was the Suiza, but we also had the Mallorcana which was delicious as well. The Parmesan lime sweet potato fries were great. Super friendly staff, quick service, pretty environment. It’s in a more remote hidden gem type of street in Palma, so there’s less tourists crowding the area, which is very nice. You can easily make a reservation online, which we were able to do just a few hours before going. Highly recommend for a great burger stop in Palma!

He ido un total de tres veces a Raimundo burguer y en todas las ocasiones ha sido una muy buena experiencia y la comida muy buena. El restaurante tiene una decoración peculiar con paredes al descubierto viendo los ladrillos,una barra larga y grande que sorprende de lo cómoda que es para comer,un estante con los productos que usan para preparar la comida (buen recurso ya que el local es "pequeño" y así decoran y ganan espacio) y una cocina a la vista es la que puedes ver como preparan la comida. Lo peor es,por la distribución del local,mesas muy juntas y pequeñas.Tampoco me gusta las dos mesas que son más alta y hay que comer en taburete. El servicio es impecable,muy amigables y eficientes.Con solo decir que después de pedir tardaron 5 minutos en llegar los platos.Tienen una carta corta con dos especiales que van rotando cada mes,tiene su parte buena porque siempre van preparando platos nuevos y buenos pero la parte mala es que como te guste mucho alguna especial se irá a final de mes. Los nachos de entrantes están muy bien con dos tipos de queso y con un bol con las salsas.Una salsa de yogur cremosa muy buena,una de guacamole buena y una picante fresca y con esa chispa picante. Las hamburguesas tienen unas combinaciones de sabores muy curiosas debido a la ingeniosa mezcla de los ingredientes,con productos de primera calidad.La carne de hamburguesa es muy buena y jugosa pero me gustaría que fuera algo más gruesa. Las patatas que preparan muy buenas.Las tradicionales con una mezcla de romero y hierbas aromáticas.Las batatas con ralladuras de queso perfectamente preparadas. Los postres son caseros y con toques propios.El banoffe por ejemplo con una base mezclada con baileys que le daba un toque muy curioso. En cuanto a cantidades son muy generosos con las raciones de nachos y patatas.Las hamburguesas y postres son de tamaño correcto pero para los que comemos mucho se queda algo justa. El precio esta muy bien teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad-precio pero en el caso de los postres creo que son algo elevados y pueden subir bastantes la cuenta final.

We served the month's speciality burger, Vaca Madurada, it was absolutely delicious, very well balanced, with caramelized onion, cheddar cheese and good quality meat. As a side I had sweet potato with parmesan. They were amazing! My partner served La Americana, she was also pleased with it. We also had local wine, Bicicletas y Peces, an amazing Mallorquín Syrah. For dessert we shared a Tarta de Queso Raimundo, which is not just another cheesecake, it is more a mousse style delight. The service was really nice and pleasant. Highly recommended to have a reservation. Most likely the best burgers on the Balearic Islands.

You don't come to Spain for the burgers, but once you're tired of tapas and jamon iberico this is definitely the place to go. The burger selection is small but solid, some of the best in Europe. The flavors are well developed and in line with traditional tasty ingredients, generally structured after country of origin. Several different fried potato dishes (sweet, regular, patatas bravas etc) and a good assortment of beer. I recommend the Suiza Burger (covered on different types of swiss cheese and bacon) with the sweet potato fries. The burgers are big and if you're not starving perfectly adequate to share.
