The burger flavor combination is as amazing and original as it sounds. It would be great to have the choice of a crunchy rustic bread bun instead of brioche: brioche is already a very humid and, when adding more sauce and all the filling weight to it, becomes as flat as a pancake and cannot really be enjoyed. It seems like a lot of burger places follow the fashion to use brioche, but it really doesn´t make much sense, because it takes away from the absolutely delicious and unique burger flavor, that would stand out on a rustic crunchy bread. In my visit I chose the gluten free bun, because it was not as humid and would have been a nicer option, if the bread would have been toasted, which it wasn´t. I only discovered it, when starting to eat, but would have been nice if the staff would have mentioned that it won´t be toasted, as not all people who chose this bun are gluten intolerant. It was just half as enjoyable not toasted, and more like a sandwich than a nice burger. It seems, the kitchen staff are the most unattentive, as they mixed up both our orders and didn´t bother to confirm they got the orders right before executing them. A great and unique product, but somewhat poorly executed. The restaurant staff should have offered the option to toast the bread. Desserts are very industrial and not worth the extra kilos ;). Maybe adding some original flavored milk shakes with a bit higher quality ingredients instead of the standard desserts one can find everywhere else, would bring up a level and add to the original idea and character of the place, and excite the customer to come back more often. If you will offer another bread - rustic and crunchy, we will surely come back more and recommend it to more people :). P.S. Sorry, I didn´t mean to offend re...
Read moreThe Burger was turly amazing so I want to give 5 stars for the kitchen. But the guy at the reception was on the phone taking reservations or whatever I understand because he's doing his job. But the two waiters who were available didn't greet us. Usually waiters are so friendly when I go to the restaurants in Mallorca because they live on tourism and thanks to customers. But they are totally lack of customer service. They didn't even say Hola to the customers. If the owner reads this comment right now, you should teach what's like to be a waiter who makes customers welcomed. Because of the unfriendly waiters who didn't do their job, I give only 3 stars. Because of the burgers, I would love to come back but I am not sure if I will go back because of waiters. Also, they told us that all the tables are reserved and we should sit at the bar but after 30 minutes when we were done with our food, there was nobody. For me, I wasn't welcomed at all. There was no service mind at all. I went to have a good experience but I left with no pleasure except for the burgers. So if you want really good burger but you don't care about the service, I recommend...
