Stupendous food, excellent value & very good service

If you expect a menu to choose from, well don't!

What you see in the display counter is the menu. You tell chef what you want and he'll prepare fresh for you. Most of the counter is taken up by freshly caught fish and shellfish and the last third display counter houses an array of fabulous and fresh vegetables. We thought this to be a novel idea, so we told chef we wanted octopus and a squid each as well as a platter of vegetables, which consisted of artichokes, baby leeks, carrot, two types of mushrooms. The food was brought to us with our ordered wine and water, a basket of artisan bread was also offered. The food was to die for,excellent value for money and good service. Fresh caught sea food displayed right as you walk through the front door. Great food, you choose from the fish counter what fish you want and they prepare it almost always perfect. All fish was served with grilled vegetables, all very nice. Nothing to complain about, the service was good. A small minus that outdoor servings are missing and it is not the most beautiful decorated, but it still very much lives up to what you can expect.
