Vegan and Raw — Restaurant in Palma

Not sure why they call it Vegan and Raw...they serve regular cow milk in the cafe con leche and hot cooked soup and quinoa salad...totally missing the whole Vegan and Raw point here. They also do not have green tea. There was three of us who went and we were all disappointed.

Response: Hi Vegan & Raw team! Thanks so much for your response. It was helpful. Maybe having a menu that outlines these details would be helpful. We asked for one but was told there wasn’t one, just the boards outside and the one on the wall at the front. But were advise all we could have was what was on the one board outside (which you can’t see when you’re inside the restaurant and you can’t see the wall menu from the tables either). Also these menus didn’t say if we could have raw soup or the other items you mentioned that you carry. It would be great for you to showcase all your items on a menu at the tables so we could see what’s available for the various vegan options, raw and cooked. This would help so we could all have a better understanding of your offerings. This would also be helpful to give us the vegan milk options for the coffee too. Hopefully you find this feedback helpful as I would love to see your restaurant be a success! We need more vegan options in Palma! ...

This is basically to help to improve the business when people for first time in a vegan place are not vegan but they taste it for their first time (talking about my parents)

What do you think about it? and how could you improve with these kind of clients your service? Maybe both of you could work a lit bit harder with costumer not vegan and their first time to help them, It is the opportunity to improve selling skills When what you create is what you belive.

What a nice place! Very sustainable and healthy, decent food - but nothing too extraordinary. Just another ’avocado toast’ and different hummus, but the raw buckwheat bowl was interesting and the chocolate smoothie very tasty! You can also buy some of their products and take lessons (e.g. cooking). Very friendly owner and service. I’ll probably go there again :)
