Perfect hotel for a few days in Palma . Location is perfect , less than a five minute walk from the Main Street in Palma . Staff are delightful. Our thanks go to Andrea the Hotel|Manager and all her staff . Andrea is charming and runs the hotel with quiet efficiency and attention to detail. | A very personable young lady who made it her business at breakfast to come to everyone’s table to check they were having a good time and to ask if they needed help. All staff had been trained to a very high standard . They made it their business to make you feel a valued customer . | Rooms ticked all the boxes and had tea and coffee making facilities , plus free bottled water . Breakfast had a good choice of Majorcan inspired dishes and other familiar cooked choices . Tapas in the evening was excellent . | The roof terrace with jacuzzi plunge pool was lovely and they gave you private access to the sauna and jacuzzi pool downstairs for an hour . They also have a gym. | I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are on a business trip, or just visiting Palma for its cultural sights or shopping . Good bus service to all other parts of the Island . Main depot a ten minute walk away . | Thanks again to Andrea and all her team . You are doing a wonderful job . | Regards Room 307 . The...
Read moreSuperbly comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Staff very friendly and welcoming even with us arriving late at 2am (thanks easyJet).
Breakfast is fantastic, sets you up for the day and you won’t need any lunch. Drinks on the roof terrace very nice and not too expensive (but not cheap ok it’s a posh hotel).
Roof area very nice - I would personally like another shade available as people had taken up the shaded areas at one point.
Neighbourhood is very nice, the local brewer bar over the square worth a visit and smaller places near by, or head over to the busier parts of town. Ramblas 2 min walk, market 10 minutes etc.
Issues?!
My only really criticism is the room was noisy in the morning as the door wasn’t well sealed for noise at all and corridors were noisy when people left rooms, and for some reason they kept leaving the door open to the lobby balcony. Please keep this closed the noise travels!
Otherwise The room shower leaked and this wasn’t fixed after reporting it but it was over the weekend and was perfectly usable. The odd glass not quite door to the toilet from the sink area was a bit pointless and I would just remove it, and that’s really the only things I can find fault with! Oh the advertised smart tv wasn’t - just limited options but that’s fine everyone...
Read moreMy wife and I spent a very happy week in this boutique hotel. Excellently located on the fringe of Palma old town, it is within easy walk of the Cathedral, marina, shops and restaurants as well as being close to the newer town and 10 mins walk from the main transport interchange. Our room was a good size with large comfortable bed and pleasant bathrrom but the nice design lacked some basic features like coat hooks near the door, bedside and desk drawers, enough towel rails and enough ingredients for making more than just one cup of tea each (although the priced mini-bar was fully stocked). However, the house-keeping service was first rate and all the hotel staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The buffet-style breakfast choice was wonderful and the service for a la carte cooked items very prompt. The hotel has some amenities sych as a small roof terrace with sun beds, an indoor spa and pool and well as a gym. The spa and pool were fully booked on the day we hoped to use them. It also has a restaurant which we didn't use. There are hundereds of bars and restaurants in the area. Overall, we felt very...
