We are from the United States and have lived in Pamplona for 5 years. Butchers has done a good job in reproducing the typical burger served in local restaurants and coffee shops around the US with excellent tasting meat and a fresh bun that does not distract from its taste. Our food was ready quickly.
To be more authentic American, I have some suggestions. The bacon should be more cooked, almost crunchy. Ketchup, mustard, dill pickles and sliced onion are the usual, default toppings. A hamburger deluxe has tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise, that’s it. An olive burger should be an offering.

The meat is not dry at all even though it’s thin and done. The meat was tasty although I missed the tastiness in other ingredients and the bun nor the fries were too good. I must say we came in San Fermines and I understand that during that period they might not been able to offer all their menu and best ingredients.
