No sólo la ubicación es absolutamente impresionante, sino que además el servicio es de lo mejor que se puede encontrar. El espacio habla por sí mismo, pero además de eso, Filipe, el director de La Capilla, fue el organizador de eventos más amable, profesional, flexible y agradable. Una boda suele ser un evento estresante de organizar, pero cuando se trataba del lugar, sabíamos que todo estaría preparado y exquisitamente hecho, y así fue. Filipe trabajó con nosotros en los presupuestos, el calendario, los menús, la organización y la decoración, por nombrar sólo un puñado de cosas, transmitiéndonos mucha tranquilidad y confianza. Cualquier idea que teníamos era recibida con ánimo y buenos consejos, lo que nos hizo sentir que estaba realmente involucrado en nuestra celebración y en hacerla única. Al fin y al cabo, una boda es un día de muchos recuerdos maravillosos con la familia y los amigos, y siempre recordaremos a Filipe y a su equipo como una parte integral de nuestro día especial. Por supuesto que recomendamos el Hotel Pamplona Catedral, y a Filipe y su personal en particular, ya que el día más especial de nuestras vidas fue absolutamente perfecto. The space speaks for itself, but on top of that, Filipe, the director of La Capilla, was the kindest, most professional, flexible and personable event planner that we've ever had the opportunity of meeting. A wedding is usually a stressful event to organize, but when it came to the venue, we knew that everything would be taken care of and exquisitely done, and it was. Filipe worked with us on budgets, timing, menus, organization and decoration, to name just a handful of things, all the while making us feel special and putting our minds at ease. Any idea that we had was met with encouragement and sound advice, which made us feel that he was really invested in our celebration and making it unique. Ultimately, a wedding is a day of many wonderful memories with family and friends, and we will always remember Filipe and his team as an integral part of our special day as well. We cannot stress enough how much we recommend Pamplona Catedral Hotel, and Filipe and his staff in particular, for making the most special day of our lives...

Waren mit der Familie am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag dort, um das vorgegebene Menu zu probieren. Die Produkte mit Sicherheit von guter Qualität, allerdings seelenlos "in Szene gesetzt". Bei quasi jedem Gang fehlte es an Salz und Würze. Die Gänge wurden zu schnell serviert; es waren nicht alle am Tisch mit einem Gang fertig, schon wurden den anderen der nächste Gang serviert. Alle Gerichte lauwarm bis kalt. Der Großvater, welcher ansonst hellauf begeistert ist, (fast) egal was er isst, war total enttäuscht, dass keines der Produkte in keinster weise nach dem eigentlichen Produkt geschmeckt hat ("Der Fisch schmeckt nicht nach Fisch. Das Fleisch nicht nach Fleisch."). Schade um die guten Ausgangsprodukte! Der Gastraum wirkt steril und rein auf Pragmatismus ausgelegt, alle Tische im selben Abstand hintereinander angeordnet, auf der anderen Seite dasselbe. Fühlte mich wie in einer Kaserne. Ebenfalls seelenlos (und das in einer ehemaligen Kapelle)! Der Service war super charmant, nett und bemüht, volle Punktzahl. Am Ende des Menus haben wir dem Kellner Feedback gegeben, welcher unsere Kritik an den Chefkoch weitergeben hat. Anstatt den Preis von 80€ (!) pro Person etwas herunterzusetzen, wurde uns vom Kellner stellvertretend für den Chef eine Flasche Cava angeboten... Das kann man so oder so sehen, aber ich persönlich habe mich damit abgespeist und in der Kritik nicht ernst genommen gefühlt, da es nichts mit unserer schlechten Erfahrung des Essens zutun hat. Was möchte ich mit einer Flasche Cava, wenn das Essen eine Enttäuschung war? In Pamplona, wie im Rest von Navarra und auch im angrenzenden Baskenland, kriegt man Produkte solcher Qualität, besser zubereitet, in vielen Restaurants (oftmals als Hausmannskost; unscheinbaren Gasthäusern) für die Hälfte oder ein Drittel...

Tuvimos la suerte de celebrar nuestra boda en este hotel y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Desde que entramos sabíamos que tenía que ser ahí. El sitio enamora por sí solo. Optamos por una celebración de día y desde el inicio todo estuvo cuidado al detalle.

El aperitivo en el interior fue espectacular: muy completo, con jamón, queso y hasta ocho variedades diferentes de aperitivos que encantaron a todos los invitados. La comida posterior no se quedó atrás, abundante, variada y de gran calidad, dejando a todo el mundo más que satisfecho.

El servicio fue atento y profesional, pendientes de cada detalle para que no nos faltara de nada. Nos hicieron sentir muy tranquilos y acompañados en un día tan especial. Fueros muy flexibles tanto con nosotros como con los familiares y amigos que quisieron participar durante el banquete.

Recomendamos este hotel al 100% para cualquier celebración importante: la calidad de la gastronomía, la organización y el trato recibido superaron nuestras expectativas.

Y qué decir de la habitación y del desayuno del día siguiente, increíble!
