Pleasant armosphere. Go all the way to the back if you want dinner and not pichxos. It can be very busy and hard to get back there.

The clam and fish soup was delicous and the portion was generous. We also ordered a spinach salad with onions. We did not realize the onions were pickled. It was a bit pricey for a salad. So we did not care for the salad as much. We had wine which was excellent. The service was pleasant and good. We have noticed service in not fast anywhere in Spain. So be patient. This place was recommended by many locals. We arrived and the place was full : 1st good sign. The main dining area is downstairs. You can see the hustle and bustle, another good sign as you see plates come and go. We sat down and where greeted and attended by Felix and Chucho, who frankly made out dinning experience delightful. Stumbled across this pintxo bar 10 years ago while I was walking the camino frances, mostly because of the "2€ for 1 pintxo & glass of wine" which was by itself already a heck of a deal. Little did I now that I got into the best pintxo bar by accident. The food was otherworldly delicious and my evening in this bar is one of my fondest memories of the camino.
