Carl's Jr — Restaurant in Paterna

This restaurant did not live up to even my lowest expectations. No hamburger is worth waiting nearly an hour for, especially when it arrives and is cold and poor tasting. The decor of the restaurant is fantastic offering a variety of American sports on their TVs. Service was slow and chaotic. We went to this Carl's Jr. on the 28th of December 2024, the food was good! However, the service was just very poor. They got our order mixed up, first they forgot the drinks twice, got the order wrong twice, and lastly we ordered some chicken nuggets to take away just to find out, once back in the car that they were cheese bites. While we liked the food in there, we will not go to this...

These are good American style burgers in a fast food environment. The flavor is there and the side items are also very good. I feel that the quality of the meat could be better, but the Grilled flavor of the meat is on point. For me, the price of the burgers is a little too high, almost what I would spend at a more high-end restaurant. I wish the price were a little lower and not 8 or €10...
