Entretablas burger — Restaurant in Peníscola / Peñíscola

Went in here as the place looked nice and my partner was hungry. We sat down to have a drink while waiting for the kitchen to open. The waitress seemed friendly while talking at the start and then started showing photos on her phone....but only to my partner!...He said 3 times (in case she hadn't heard him the other 2 times) to show me a photo, as its something i would've liked to have seen, which she chose to ignore. She only seemed interested in him while we were there. She took our order and when the burgers came he asked if there was any cutlery and she bought some....just for him! Only when he asked me if I wanted any did she bother to ask me. He enjoyed his burger, but I got put off mine and i didn't eat any just some chips, so he ate part of mine as well as his. He said if we go back to Peñíscola we won't be going in there at all. It's a shame as we'd had a great day and the place...

We especially want to highlight the waiter who spoke English - thanks to him communication was much easier, since he helped us with patience and kindness to understand the whole menu. He explained every detail about the burgers, the ingredients, the types of meat and even gave us personalized recommendations according to what we liked. No entiendo las reseñas de este sitio. Lo servido no se parece en nada a las fotos, la comida muy muy justa de calidad y cantidad ya que las hamburguesas con pulled pork estaban con muy poco pulled pork, tan poco que pensábamos que se habían olvidado de ponerlo.

Lo peor viene después de cenar, toda la noche (todos los comensales) con ardor o retortijones.

Está claro que no te puedes fiar de las reseñas porque esto es más bien calidad McDonalds.

La atención del personal fue correcta pero se nota que estaban muy agobiados por la cantidad de mesas que atender al mismo tiempo.

Respondiendo a vuestros comentarios debo añadir que la carne de calidad no lleva grasa ni trozos duros que se pueda palpar, que vuestro proveedor os diga que es de calidad excepcional me parece estupendo, os están engañando.

Por lo menos si ponéis las hamburguesas a 15€ que sean de calidad, el retortijón no fue de felicidad, os lo garantizo.

La tarta de queso de lotus, que probó mi compañera (quien ha puesto una reseña con su propia opinión) era básicamente salsa lotus y galleta a tope, supongo que para camuflar la tarta.

La atención fue muy justa, no se como podéis mantener el negocio si os agobiáis con 10 mesas, tardamos hora y media en cenar y no porque comamos lento.

No es que quiera hacer daño pero vuestra respuesta no me ha dado...
