Central — Restaurant in Pontevedra

I was sitting at the bar trying to order, but the older lady behind the bar didn’t understand me and didn’t speak English. When I asked about the beer, she gave me a strange look and walked away, which felt very rude. She called over a bald waiter who spoke excellent English and explained everything. After I thanked him, the older lady looked at me oddly and said something I didn’t understand. I get that people can be stressed or make mistakes, but there’s no need to be rude, especially from an older person. Shameful...

No sé por donde empezar... La SITUACIÓN es perfecta, junto a la fonte dos nenos, lugar de paso obligado para llegar al centro de Pontevedra. El SERVICIO, nefasto. Lento, sin prestar atención a los clientes, el camarero daba 10 vueltas para servirte la bebida y otras 10 para tomarte nota de la comida. La COMIDA. Cuando fuimos a elegir los platos que queríamos probar, había en el menú "Pulpo a feira" y "Pulpo con queso de tetilla". Pedimos el pulpo a feira y tras una larga espera (muy larga), nos trajeron una mezcla entre los dos platos que había en el menú. A parte de que si pones un plato muy muy picante, lo mínimo es advertirlo en la carta. Un desastre. Y dejo para lo último lo "mejor". El AMBIENTE, con decenas de palomas saltándote a la mesa, tirando copas al suelo, revoloteando por encima de las cabezas de los clientes, y ningún camarero ni gerente para arreglar la situación. Nosotros tuvimos paciencia y al final comimos, tarde, pero comimos. Pero hubo gente que se sentó y se cansó de esperar, decidiendo irse...
