Viena — Restaurant in Reus

Very bad service. This has many cafè restaurant branches around tarragona like in Reus, les gavarres and Tarragona, I have been to all and the one in les gavarres has better service, better view and chilled servants, and they do speak some English, the lady working there were so kind and helpful. But the two other places have the worst service. Like they let people skip lines, when I asked them to not put the lemon in the Royal tea the waitress said YOU take it off, and I said it will have already ruined the taste by then, but still she didnt. It is very expensive in there. I mean for God's sakes, even the restrooms are private and u need a password to access it. When it comes to Wifi service, trust me the worst, actually it doesnt even work. The food is tastless, I rlly just dont understand why I went there...

One of my favorite places in Reus. Yes it is a fast food (their croissant is the lightest and softest in the area! ) yes the name Viena does not have anything to do with viennoiseries, but they also never claimed it did. But what makes it stand out from other places is definitely the staff. I want to give a special mention to Aida and Assia who are always smiley, helpful, kind and attentive. They are a real asset for this company and they deserve recognition. There are so many coffee shops in Reus, but many of them are like factories, staff don't even say good morning. The human touch is what makes the difference. I don't relate to the negative comments because in over a year going to this place almost everyday I have never once had a bad experience. Kudos to them. Un clásico en cualquier ciudad catalana dónde se encuentre y en Andorra... ésos son sus territorios por lo q si estás en Cataluña o pretendes ir al Principado de Andorra (País ) no dudes en degustar algunas de sus especialidades. En éste caso hablamos del situado en el espacio público central de Reus... en la plaza Prim. ocupa el que había sido el antiguo Casino del Pueblo, un emblemático edificio modernista de 1882 que forma parte del conjunto arquitectónico de la plaza y el Teatro Fortuny. La enseña está presente en la localidad desde 1972 y desde entonces sirve el clásico Sándwich Alpino... un rosbif con salsa tipo "romesco". Las hamburguesas 🍔 no están mal... pero creo q fallamos en el pan y en particular la ibérica el queso debería estar fundido... pero no estaba mala el punto de la carne 👍. El Frankfurt es lo q se espera q sea y la ensalada 🥗... muy muy completa... de las más completitas q he visto en cadenas de restauración. Las patatas ( congeladas) si he de decir q son totalmente artificiales al igual q la salsa... eso...
